Oh, and what are the best light shaded colours to use for glass bottles?
You can use multi surface paints or chalk paints.. even oil paints are good ..but I'll recommend you to use varnish for the finishing of your artworks to avoid such incidents 😊

Most of the supplies are available on itsy bitsy craft store's website.
And you can check your nearest craft store / stationary for basic acrylic colours and brushes
