Reading comments on the internet sometimes makes you wonder how many trolls there are. Sometimes you feel like there is more stupid than nice people.
The only thing that helps is to just not think about it. I sometimes can‘t to that either. I don‘t know why. But when I have a good moment my mind tells me that ignorance really is the best thing to do.
