I just found your channel yesterday and love your videos!! So I'm completely new to the whole bookkeeping idea, though I already have a 6 figure online business so I've been using QB for that along with VA from time to time. My plan eventually is to learn the ropes of bookkeeping a bit, find clients, but then outsource the actual bookkeeping and grow the business from there... kind of like what you've done with your business. The best way I know how to explain the business idea I have, is having a business plan. I don't know if that answers your question. However, I do have a small business in doing Bookkeeping and Accounting. It is also a home based business, and I have been trained by a CPA to do this sort of work.

How about the risk? I have my own outsourcing agency and I focus on freelancers services, and it's been running for a couple of years now. The most risk or threat that I see based on my experience is the bypassing of clients to freelancers. Since the charge we get is by adding price to their services, some clients tend to talk to freelancers directly.
To prevent clients from going directly to freelancers, we keep things clear with clients, use solid service agreements, and highlight the awesome stuff we bring to the table. We also make sure clients know why it's better to work through us. Building good relationships helps too.
What should I do with the transactions of money when I get paid by my client, how do I deliver it to my freelancer that I recruited. How do I gain their trust? How do I deliver their money manually?
Consider using a reliable payment platform that both you and your freelancer agree on, such as PayPal or TransferWise, to facilitate the transfer. Always provide clear invoices and payment receipts to ensure both parties are on the same page. Regular communication and timely payments will further establish trust and a positive working relationship.
