Its not necessary for a script but if you feel like you’d shift better with one, then sure!

There's one that I use but am unsure of the name, basically I lay down in whatever position and listen to music while imagining dancing to that music with someone in my Dr until I fall asleep

The Julia method is one that I've gotten good results from, and I barely move at all doing that method
