Devastating Supply Chain and Inflation for Small Businesses.

Devastating news today with inflation on the supply chain. I posted this video, but here’s what’s going on. For those that have followed these posts we’ve been hit with every situation you can imagine. Today our cup supplier called to state that they will no longer be able to supply our cups. Although we place an order of over 1 MILLION cups per year, due to catastrophic supply chain restraints they are discontinuing our account until further notice.
We weren’t mad or upset and understood that this was inevitable. Our supplier explained that prior to the pandemic they employed over 2000 workers to support over 900 vendors throughout the United States. Out of the 900 vendors only 30 will get their normal supply of cup and food packaging. As the economy is now reopening just over half of their workers have actually returned. With 1200 workers it's impossible for them to execute a manufacturing model designed around 900 stores. Our manufacture has been hit with every single issue also. They don't have drivers to deliver the cups, fuel prices are over the top, and they can't get raw materials to make the cups.
