Papaya leaves also fights cancer. Many in my country who cannot afford to take treatment at the hospitals for stomach, ovary, and lung cancer take one leaf a day and got cured. Of course, one needs to avoid readymade food, tin food, sugar, etc.

@Primrose Idah M. Mapombere Take whichever way you want. Take one whole leaf, either pounding or blending the whole leaf and taking its juice, or boil it with water till it gets to 1/3 and drink both leaves and juice, or making it into salad. Just giving you an example. Also, peel potato and grate into small pieces and sieve the juice and drink it. In Japan many are cured by taking just potato juice too. Best to take both at different times.

In India we eat a papaya and throw it's seeds in the grass.... Soon a papaya tree will grow very quickly. No maintenance or effort required. It's God's gift to humanity. Puree the leafs in a blender, add some honey and eat this. Malaria gone, platelets up, dengue gone, worms gone, it's your natural doctor.

  • @ema5650

Hi just a quick nutrient retaining point here. The leaves of the papaya should be washed thoroughly BEFORE CUTTING OR TEARING THEM FROM THE ALREADY DETACHED STALK from the whole papaya plant itself. Why Because nutrients are loss in the washing water, as you could also see in the video. The tell signs of chlorophyll the green color of the water. For this reason all fruits and vegetables should be thoroughly cleaned and washed before any cutting into them and this includes the leaves especially if using them for nutriental purposes as well. This is just a little fact I have learned during the course of my life. I hope it helps you in your future videos.

I hv done my oil with theses papaya leaves it's so amazing n u can keep the oil for 3 months.
    Recipe:
    Wash the leaves
Blend them and them put them into the pan with your favourite vegetal oil ( coconut oil, olive oil, sun flower oil, soy oil) as longer is vegetal it's ok.
Cook it until the colour changes and you see only green oil with no more water.
Usage: apply a generous amount in your hair in the night, cover it with a plastic. Next day wash it as usually with your shampoo n conditioner.
Use it twice per week. 🇦🇴🇦🇴😍
