30x60 Astrella Bianco Porcelain Tile is a product we used on one our latest flooring porcelain tile installations projects, we used 30 x 60 Astrella Bianco from floor and decor in Austin Tx. We installed this large format tiles in all of the main living areas.

Tiling the stair risers was a mistake. How are you going cover the bottom curved one?
They make this stuff called paint. It comes in white and goes around corners well, just saying.

Thank you for your comments, at 4:18 we mentioned that the stairs were still a work in progress. The stair treads were not stain and all handrails got re-stain and seal to match new stair tread color

WOW. Beautiful work. I'm thinking of using this behind a 30 inch wide stove up to my 8 foot ceiling, then a standard size tile everywhere else on the backsplash. Would only need to use 1 piece behind the stove. Using a support ledge can this be applied to sheetrock with a mastic or would it need cement board and mortar?

Hi Tony, sounds like you have good plan and we are sure is gonna look amazing! To answer your question, this tile was installed over sheetrock so yes it can be installed over sheetrock but do used thin-set to install. After time mastic can dry and brittle and tile can come loose, good luck with your project 😃

@@williamp9158 this is a multi-step process and very tedious, project took about a week and a half from start to finish

How many coats of redguard?? How did you apply??

Hi RainMaker, we apply two coats of RedGuard using a brush to apply on edges and the rest is applied using a 3/8" paint roller in a similar way like when one paints walls . To give you and idea how much we used on this project, we used 4 buckets 3.5 gallon each, the square footage was around 1,200 square feet.
