Great video! I feel like I'm missing something when it comes to finding products, I've spent 3 days trying to find products and just about every name brand product says its "sold by Amazon" which we should avoid right?

I have heard from someone who is a "CPA Canada-USA cross border tax services agent" that I don't need a LLC in order to start selling on Amazon. Bcz I will be very new at the beginning and have almost no sales at the beginning and as soon as I start selling with really good numbers then within that year I can obtain a LLC. But YES, the other 2 EIN and Sellers permit are the requirements. Also, I heard from many other successful amazon sellers and Gurus that LLC is not a mandatory requirement at the beginning. Also, could you plz let us know that if we can source wholesale product from Alibaba? Thank you in advance. Hoping to know your thoughts.

You can try the online receipt but not the physical in store receipt. Check out my ungating video, I tell you how to get ungated on there with retailers.

I have a standard account and I was able to get ungated on over 600 brands. All I did was request it and Amazon and ungated me. And there are also many brands that I actually have to produce a invoice from a wholesaler or distributor or manufacturer but that's not going to change just because I have a premium account. That being said, I haven't sold anything yet even though I'm ungated in over 600 brands. That's why I'm here trying to learn.

Depends on if AMZ shares the buy box. When you run into that a lot, it's usually your sourcing strategy and the "niche" you're focusing on.
