In 2021 the market preempted Tesla's growth before it happened and they were wrong. They will also likely get ahead of future robotaxi earnings and price it in before it's realised on the income statement. Whether or not the earnings materialize this time is a separate question.
Beginning to think Elon has permanently sunk Tesla because of his controversial character. Awful to think but unless the political landscape around Tesla changes for the better it may not ever get its worthy valuation
