    I agree about shorter wheel bases. Tempted by the 4x90 and the 4x100 but I'm a size 47. Surprised to see there's no bracing between the frame walls at all.

      Don't think that frame bracing is possible due to the multi wheel setup

    I have the kizer flux. I absolutely love the way they feel full banana 4x90. I think they use a higher amount of rocker so I'm thinking of doing a natural rockered setup to see how the endless will feel. Looking forward to a skating review.
    I'm also glad we have some non ufs options now. I like my frames pointing inward, can't do that with ufs.

      I also have the Kizer Flux and I agree the banana rocker is incredible maneuverability, but it feels too unstable at speed. I tried the front rocker only and it is definitely favourite way to ride 4x90.
      I just ordered the Trinity Nexus 3x90 to see if I enjoy the 235mm overall wheel base or not. Technically, the front rocker on the Kizer Flux with 4x90 makes it feel more like very narrow 3x90 when you're not relying on the 4th wheel.

      @@TwistyTrav I'm currently torn between 5 different setups. The one mentioned above, 3x100 flat 231 frames, 4x80 flat, 4x80 natural, and 80 78 76 72 down sloping. Think I'm leaning 4x80 natural.
      Have you tried different positioning of the frames? I have one leg a good bit longer than the other so I have one frame further in and one further out. They're both pointed in, one more than the other. I also noticed a HUGE improvement with moving them forwards a good bit, to my surprise.

    Great review, this is a frame I'll be looking forward to. I currently have a Tempish brand frame with similar set ups of 90 or 110, but the thing with those is that there's like and inch or half an inch in between the sole of the skate and the top of the wheels and no rocketing option.

    This 3 x 110 setup @276 mm while longer than a typical "urban" 3 x 110 a@ 243mm/255 mm is still far shorter than a typical speed 3 x 110 frame at 284 to 320 mm. I have wanted a frame that falls between the typical urban and speed set-up ..perfect. The fact you can swap to a 4 wheel rockered set-up is icing on the cake.

    Tell me about the axle threading orientation, is it both coming from only 1 side (both left and right from left only or right only threading) or both is different (left frame threaded from right and right frame threaded from left)? Mine are both threaded from the right, and it makes it a bit hassle to swap wheels on the go without taking out the skates. Thanks.

      @kugelblitz2001 4 роки тому +2

      @@BINY_Channel Even with the 90/110 frame, I just mean that when you are using the smaller wheel size, there is a big gap between the wheel and the boot. The frames would feel quite high compared to normal 80 or 90 mm frames. Please let us know if this is noticeable or feels weird when you get a chance to try them out.

    • @BINY_Channel
      @BINY_Channel  4 роки тому +1

      You do feel taller, but if you're doing wizard like skating (deep edging) it helps to be a bit taller because you can edge harder without worrying about your boot scrapping the ground.

    • @BINY_Channel
      @BINY_Channel  4 роки тому +2

      after closely looking at the frame with wheels on it. The clearance for the front wheels is very little. The only real gap is in the back of the frame. The 2nd to front wheel almost touches the frame mounting point.

    I am hella curious how these frames compare to the Kizer Flux frames that are on the PS Next 90 skates. Similar concept 4x90 or 3x100 with rocker options. Obviously the biggest difference is Kizer are plastic, but still curious about how they feel.

    • @BINY_Channel
      @BINY_Channel  4 роки тому +2

      I think the rocker on the kizer is more dramatic and they are probably heavier.

    • @NotALizardPerson81

      @@BINY_Channel they're definitely heavier. I have them on reign Kronos boots(lightest on the market) and they are still heavy beasts.

    Really thorough review. Thanks. Looking to find skates in my size, out of damn luck. Have to wait until end of summer or fall. As you alluded to, these frames are great, respective versatility. What confuses me (rockard, rocker...(spelling) And, what is the purpose when you put the 90s in and the front and rear wheel were floating? Is that an advantage or disadvantage? Thanks again for a fantastic review. Shed a lot of light. Learning, man.

    • @Fryerstarter
      @Fryerstarter 4 роки тому

      It allowes you to turn on a dime because only two wheels have firm contact with the ground at any given moment. Go watch some "inline slalom" videos and you'll see how easily they move between cones.

  • @LordStanley94
    @LordStanley94 4 роки тому

    @Blade in NY Hello. Could you please tell me what is a rocker? And to which type of Blade csn these frames be placed onto? Pardon the elementary question. Thanks. Be well.

    • @BINY_Channel
      @BINY_Channel  4 роки тому +1

      A rocker refers to wheel alignment. Normally all wheels on a skate touch the ground when on a flat surface. In a rockered set up the front and rear wheel are placed higher. Depending on the height rocker you can have 3 wheels touch when your weight is on them or just two. These frames will work on 165 mount skate. So sebas. Rolleblades, Micros, etc...pretty much any recreational or urban skate except powerlside which has a proprietary mount

    • @LordStanley94
      @LordStanley94 4 роки тому

      @@BINY_Channel Thank you for explaining that. Aha, understand now. Is there a advantage/disadvantage to have the front & rear not touch? I would think balance wise it'd be better to have all fours touch the ground, no? Also better stability.

    • @BINY_Channel
      @BINY_Channel  4 роки тому +2

      The issue is that the longer the frame gets the harder it is to maneuver. The rocker on this frame is minimal so you don't really have balance issues, 3 wheels touch the ground at all times.

    • @LordStanley94
      @LordStanley94 4 роки тому

      @@BINY_Channel Good morning. Thanks very much for your explanation. I am understanding what you're saying. I am just puzzled what the benefit would be of only two wheels only touch the ground. I'll keep reading. By the way, what are your thoughts on the Seba SX 80 skate?

    • @BINY_Channel
      @BINY_Channel  4 роки тому +1

      If only two wheels or three wheel touch the ground your skates footprint is smaller, so you get the best of both worlds .Larger wheels for smooth rolling without the clumbsy feel which normally comes from having a longer frame. SEBA SX are great

    • @BINY_Channel
      @BINY_Channel  4 роки тому +1

      Actually these frames are designed to be as lows as possible. The middle wheel comes very close to touching the boot. And it's not that I don't like tri skates. I just don't like them for urban skating. I'm gonna use the tri setup to cruise and distance
