Would you please list the ordering information of the two components that you replaced. I have two of these units that just stopped working, and even if that's not my problem right now, it would still be nice to have repair parts on the ready. Especially because they are so inexpensive. Thanks in advance.
I was able to pause the video, and see the number on the fuse, and the thermostat. The fuse I've ordered, but I still have a question about the thermostat please. I can't seem to be able to find one that goes up to 220c. The closest I can find to that is 150c. Also, is the thermostat an NO (normally open), or an NC (normally closed) type, and why does that matter?
This is the thermostat that I used: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008X10MB0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 In the description of the item it says: "It is close until the surface reaches 220 Celsius degree and then the switch open. Automatically reset. " So, normally closed and when the temp reaches 220 it opens and disconnects the circuit until the temp drops below that. It wouldn't work with a normally open because the circuit would be open and the unit would never heat up. Thank you!
hello, the thermostat, it always has continuity when it is cold, after the resistance heats up it opens and interrupts the flow of current to the resistance, when this happens the green light on the control turns on to activate the motor that drives the liquid .
I have one too I was gonna see if it works I got new 2 gallons of chauvet dj fog fluids I pour the old fluid out and I refilled it and I put a fan at the window to air out the smoke I plugged it in and waited to heat up and I press the button nothing happens I pressed it for minutes I realized the tube was stuck a bit I squeezed it and it sprays smoke now
Plus fog juice is a water based it is mixed with active one and deionized water when it’s heated up it will boil and it produces fog

You have to let it heat up before the green light will come on on the remote and then it will work
Thank you!
