You actually made a boring "how to" video exciting! I started watching you because of a sort of collaboration video with Taryl Fixes All at some small bike swap meet. I continue to watch because you make what should be boring content hilarious and fun to watch ! (FYI ... I personally have 6 10mm wrenches and 5 or 6 sockets ! Ask anyone, I am an A-hole about other people touching ANY of my tools. I still lose those damn 10mm wrenches and sockets !)
That's awesome! Thank you for the compliment. That just me being me always being funny. I appreciate that. Life's too short to be too serious lol. Yes as a 10 mm goes. Oh my gosh I could keep buying forever and still lose them. It's crazy Thanks again bud and have yourself a great rest of the weekend. We'll talk to you soon 😁
Hi again. Thanks for replying. I was the fella from ffx va and i have a few good items from my landfill i want to get to you for free of coarse. Im new at this and dont know what or how to get in touch with you privately. Any ideas?
I got the piston and barrel rebuild kit for my CT70. Also a 1970 same color metalic blue. The new piston in the kit was a joke at best and even had an obvious casting flaw as well. The original piston was far better made. Just put the new rings on it without having to remove it. Put the new cylinder on, but even the stock one had NO wear on it. Just needed the new oil rings expander itself that weakened after 5 DECADES!! Unbelievable how great that little bike was made way back then.
Good morning bud, thank you so much for subscribing. I'll try to do my best and just continue to be myself and thanks for watching. Have yourself a great day and the rest of your week. Talk to you soon ☺️
@@philipmurphy1806 yeah, I try to uploading videos every Sunday morning at 11:00 a.m. I just got done editing one. Holy buckets lol, it'd be up tomorrow morning. Have a great night bud. Thanks for watching. Thanks for the comment☺️👍
@@donaldboley771 you know that probably would have been a good idea. Actually it's really simple. If you still need to know let me know and and I'll explain it a little bit. Maybe do a quick video on it?
Hello, good evening, I have a dax just like the one in the video and I don't know what year it is, maybe you can help me with the information on the year of manufacture, thank you. I'm from Bolivian.
I think if you Google the VIN number it will actually kind of give you a year from a member right? The lower the number the earlier of the bike Thanks for watching
Great video , question I just picked up a 1970 in great shape which I'm told the carb is new & I have no ideal what kind if it was changed . I'm 200 pounds and bike has sluggish throttle response & runs 25mph , take air filter out and run it with great throttle response & runs 36 mph , air filter is new but does not have the metal frame around it or the one in the can . Any ideal of what going on with it ? Thanks
@@s.w.warbirds4126 hey there bud, yeah I've seen that problem before. If the original can is still on it, what's happening possibly? Is the rubber going into the frame? Is clogged not getting enough air? I actually seen a dead mouse in one of those 😆 so I would definitely see it. It's getting restricted air flow for sure. Let me know how that turns out. Got me curious now
@@bucketsgarage OK removed rubber going into frame & it was pinched down & is no longer round & I just ordered both rubbers for it . With the rubber removed & air filter in it ran 31 , when I got that 36 mph it was on a long run with slight downhill grade . With 200 pounds on it what do you think top speed should be ? Thank you !
@@donaldboley771 Good afternoon bud, yeah they're similar and pretty close. It's a good idea. I probably should do a video on that myself. I just did a video on a cl90 honda which is the same engine hopefully this helps you out. Let me know 😁 Buckets
Awesome Job Man!
Thanks Grandpa he made my life easy...😊

New subscriber here, do VIN numbers on frame match casings in any way, year, 3 spd vs. 4 spd?
They should be fairly close. At least the first three numbers. There's never exact match at least that's what I've seen throughout the years 😊
I am looking for Rockford Bridgestone Chibi 60cc parts .
If anyone has any.
Thanks 👍
