@@museofcoffee Not really, I enjoyed the video but in my opinion the video could have been a little longer. I like Sashas reviews and felt their could have been more of that in the video.
Yeah she NEVER makes a video unless it’s sponsored now. I get that many UA-camrs do a lot of them, but I’m not sure if they only do one just because of being sponsored. She’s not even a booktuber anymore.
I love that you mention that you can enjoy YA books as an adult. That’s something C.S. Lewis said about how a good story can be enjoyed by everyone regardless of age!
I didn’t start to love reading until high school so there are a ton of books I regret not reading more when I was young!! I love teen and middle grade books now but I think I would have appreciated them more when I was younger!
I use to hate reading when I was younger because I found it difficult, but now I read all the time and my favourite book is Outlander which I found at a rough time in my life and it helped me get through it. I think my favourite children's book is anything Michael Morpurgo because it was the first proper book I read when I was about 8-9 years old and it was War Horse which is my altogether favourite book.
His Dark Materials literally changed my life. I don't know if it would now if i read it as an adult but when i was a kid it showed me how important it is to think for myself and to be brave.
I never read Artemis Fowl as a child, it wasn't a book that sparked my interest but now as I have grown as a reader and a person, it is definitely something I am intrigued to read. Good luck everyone on your chance to win or if you go out and buy your copy regardless! :)
Love the videos you create! I started watching you five years ago and it inspired me to start reading because I was the kid who thought reading was for losers(mostly because I always had a hard time reading and understanding it all) but you videos made me love reading because it inspired me to give books a chance.
Not trying to be mean, but I’m curious if anyone else is seeing what I’m seeing, but why do her teeth look weird? Is it the lighting or maybe my screen?
This is the most aesthetically pleasing video I've watched in so long. How does your hair look and sit like that? Red wine? yes please. Spooky castle? Please. Winter view? Of course. Now I want to read.
I struggled with reading in elementary school, and into middle school. I read HP in 2007, but aside from that, I didn’t care for reading. It wasn’t until my junior year of HS(2011) when I read Percy Jackson. I re read them senior year, and from there, I discovered Mortal Instruments and Divergent, and so many other books. Honestly, I wouldn’t be the reader I am now if I hadn’t read Percy Jackson!
I started reading the Artemis Fowl series as a kid but fell off sometime in middle school. I'm 21 now and def plan to re-read/finish it. I also didn't finish Harry Potter until I was a freshman in high school
A Tale Of Magic by Chris Colfer. This book wasn’t around when I was kid but I read it recently and I wish every child could read it. In fact it’s a book that people of any age could read and learn from.
i wish i'd read "The perks of being a wallflower" when i was younger, because everybody keeps saying that they read it in high school, but i didn't, and i still haven't read it :)
This is kind of refreshing to see a booktuber talk about books they missed out on. I was not a reader growing up, so I obviously missed all the popular books including Harry Potter.
This was such a good video idea! I didn’t start REALLY getting into reading until late high school/early college and so there was a lot I missed out of during the prime! One of them for me was also Twilight, which I still haven’t read but I want to! Another one was also Harry Potter, which I read last summer and LOVED obvi! And a final one I’ll mention is the Percy Jackson and others of Rick Riordan, which I still haven’t read! So funny that some of them were the same for us ☺️
I quite agree. I’m currently 18, and me and my boyfriend (22) are listening to the first Artemis Fowl audiobook. Really wish I had read it as a child, like he did, but it is still a good book as an «adult».
Hey Sasha! I was wondering if you could give me some advice about publishing. I have been writing a book and I’m probably not going to be fully done, (editing and everything) until maybe late summer next year? But I was wondering if you could provide me any tips about it. I don’t even know where to start for people to see it.
Omgggg a new video! I never read this series as a child either and I still haven’t. I would love the opportunity to read this series 💕. Good luck to everyone!
I found you channel about two or three years ago I think and I loved it but I had school but I love seeing you so I am going to turn on your post notifications I really love you and you energy and vibe of your channel
I wish that I had read the Harry Potter books as they were coming out because I feel like I could have really had an awesome experience then. I’ve read and love them all now but I missed the midnight releases of them and the excitement of waiting for the book to come out!
Could you make a video showing your library? You can take a camera and walk around whole house and show every shelf. Not every book, but all the shelfs. The end of 2019 edition :-) It would be very interesting. I just like that kind of vids.
I love Artemis Fowl series and one about his brothers sounds really interesting. I'm disappointed in myself that I started reading His Dark Materials trilogy but didn't finish the last book and now I had to start over because I don't remember most of it (especially the second book) and I wanted to remind myself what it's about before the HBO series.
Giveaway 🤩 so excited because I’ve been binging your channel (which I just stumbled on today). I’ve not yet read Zenith, but I’ve heard a lot about it & your videos are motivating me to check it out!
Ahh it's 11am. I have wine envy! I was one of the first to read Twilight before it got so insanely popular and I loved it haha then it became so commercial and people started mocking it.
I think you inspire me to read those books, looks interesting and something that let something in your heart, i love this kind of videos, the book that im going to read maybe its artemis fowl.
God the nostalgia. Another great series you should check out from that period is Inkheart. That was also made into a movie (with Brendan fraser in his prime 😍) that I really hope they decide to redo as a show :)
My cousin read Artemis Fowl and recommended it to me a bunch but I still haven’t read it :( Also that fact about the “not castle” is incredibly fascinating and I am considering looking into it!
omg my childhood is back :) thank you for telling me that there are new books from Artemis Fowl (I really hope they will translate them). The movie should come out in august and they pushed it back to may or april and I was not okey. But I can not wait
so... literally half of the video is her talking about the giveaway... This is why 'old booktube' is going down the drain. You can't just come on here to sell out your followers. People aren't stupid, Sahsa. Why do you think your views go down? Take your time off, maybe get a side job as a money source and come on here again when you actually miss it. That would only be fair to us and to yourself.
Shut up, and leave Sasha alone! She didnt do anything to you! You're just jealous because she has a better life then you ever will! We don't need your hatred here! Stop hating on her!
I haven't read Artemis Fowl or the Golden Compass yet. Although I have read the others. Twilight is not the best series but it always brings me great memories. Some other series that have made a lasting impression on my life are The Last Apprentice, Percy Jackson, and the Mortal Instruments!
I love you so so so much Sasha!!! Thanks for this video! I want to start a booktube channel so bad!! You're inspiring me a lot to inspire me to create one! Thanks so so much!!!
Thank you for the giveway and the fantastic video! Remembering old series is always heart-warming. Eoin Colfer is an amazing author and if you haven't, you should read his other middle-grade books. :)
I kind of wish I’d read the Percy Jackson books around when they came out. Sadly, I was in high school when they came out so I didn’t even hear about them until after the movie and my friend showed it to me.
sailinginthetea I read them for the first time at age 26. I wish I had known about them earlier, but I’m also glad I read them when I did because I wouldn’t have liked them as a kid.
Sasha is now using her youtube channel to do sponsored videos and not for the fans anymore. Not trying to be negative but it is my opinion. I missed her doing videos about what was she going to read next and now it’s just content mainly based on sponsorship
I noticed that as well.. she used to be a big known highly watched booktuber. And now that has declined so much- and her videos have also declined so much. From the viewers, to what her videos hold. Compare this to past videos of her - and other youtubers like ReadWithCindy or Emmmabooks
Red Wine Queeeeeeen! 👸🏼🍷😍💖🌹👸🏼 can't wait for the "Artemis Fowl" trailer!! I picked up "An Enchantment of Ravens" at a used bookstore over the weekend. Anyone like it??? I probably won't get to it until 2020. P.S. "Twilight" 4-ever!!!!! 🙃
Twilight really did change YA-I don't care what people think. The first book is one of my favourites.
This is good. I ws just a little disappointed that you spent most of the time talking about the giveway.
Fay Coleman you’re that person who has to say negative things about everything huh?
@@museofcoffee Not really, I enjoyed the video but in my opinion the video could have been a little longer. I like Sashas reviews and felt their could have been more of that in the video.
wanderersouls that’s not really negativity, the person is just stating her opinion
Yeah she NEVER makes a video unless it’s sponsored now. I get that many UA-camrs do a lot of them, but I’m not sure if they only do one just because of being sponsored. She’s not even a booktuber anymore.
Totally, it is such a boring sponsor... not even trying to make it interesting
I love that you mention that you can enjoy YA books as an adult. That’s something C.S. Lewis said about how a good story can be enjoyed by everyone regardless of age!
I didn’t start to love reading until high school so there are a ton of books I regret not reading more when I was young!! I love teen and middle grade books now but I think I would have appreciated them more when I was younger!
i wish i read Percy Jackson as a kid. it's my friends favourite series so she just got me to finish them (as a 22 year old) and damn they're good!
I wish I read The School for Good and Evil as a kid.
I was just thinking today how at 22 I have so many books I wished I had read and then this video popped up... cue nostalgia.
I love the mood of this video!! Feels so fancy with the wine, outfit, and fancy house!
Sasha was the first booktuber I watched and she truly made me fall in love with reading again.
this video is such a mood. i wish i was reading in a fancy house nowwww
His Dark Materials literally changed my life. I don't know if it would now if i read it as an adult but when i was a kid it showed me how important it is to think for myself and to be brave.
I read the last book to summertime sadness by Lana del Rey and I cried so so much at the end. Such an amazing trilogy.
I loveeeee reading Harry Potter around the holidays. Last year I read the series in the winter and it was amazing.
I would still love to read middle grade books even if I am an adult. 😊
It can serve as an escape from adulting. 😂
I never read Artemis Fowl as a child, it wasn't a book that sparked my interest but now as I have grown as a reader and a person, it is definitely something I am intrigued to read. Good luck everyone on your chance to win or if you go out and buy your copy regardless! :)

I read all of these book series when I was in my early teens. And have loved all of them.
I ABSOLUTELY love how soft your voice is in this vid. This whole video is so soothing to watch!
Red wine makes me feel fancy too 🍷 I love roscato rosso dolche. It's amazing.
This series sounds so good!! And the place you’re at seems amazing, talk about traveling goals!! ❤️
Not trying to be mean, but I’m curious if anyone else is seeing what I’m seeing, but why do her teeth look weird? Is it the lighting or maybe my screen?
I think she has Invisalign or retainers or something like that
I think it’s that along with I don’t think she bleaches her teeth like most you tubers do.
Mariah Gonzales she definitely has braces in, you can hear a slight lisp if you listen closely
If you drink a bit to much red wine it slightly stains your teeth
Your voice is so soothing in this video!
This is the most aesthetically pleasing video I've watched in so long. How does your hair look and sit like that? Red wine? yes please. Spooky castle? Please. Winter view? Of course. Now I want to read.

In this video you took me down the memory lane which I didn't realised I needed
Oh course it’s sponsored! Does Sasha ever make a video not sponsored anymore? 🙄
Loving you returning to more classic booktube videos and it seems like you're actually enjoying UA-cam again which is infectious 🥰🥰
I love this video! I've been watching you for a couple years and, although it's different than you old videos, it's real and honest!
One of the book series that I didn't read as a kid was Harry Potter and now I am currently reading it, AND I LOVE IT!!!!!!!
I quite agree. I’m currently 18, and me and my boyfriend (22) are listening to the first Artemis Fowl audiobook. Really wish I had read it as a child, like he did, but it is still a good book as an «adult».
I first read HP⚡two years ago at 23. I loved them. It was an experience.
Artemis Fowl was my favourite series as a kid, it is amazing

I remember wanting to read the artists fowl series but it was ALWAYS checked out of my library
Hey Sasha! I am planning a trip for next July to England and was wondering if you had some recommendations while in London or Birmingham?
Our experiences of Harry Potter are literally the same that I even have two books to finish just like u
Omgggg a new video! I never read this series as a child either and I still haven’t. I would love the opportunity to read this series 💕. Good luck to everyone!
Loved this video! What a nice walk down memory lane.
I found you channel about two or three years ago I think and I loved it but I had school but I love seeing you so I am going to turn on your post notifications I really love you and you energy and vibe of your channel
Watership Down. My favorite book. I read it when I was about 16, should have read it when I was 12.
Love the castle vibes in this video
I wish that I had read the Harry Potter books as they were coming out because I feel like I could have really had an awesome experience then. I’ve read and love them all now but I missed the midnight releases of them and the excitement of waiting for the book to come out!
Totally understand feeling fancy with red wine I feel the same 😂 always love your cozy videos Sasha, they make me feel relaxed and warm 💜🖤
Could you make a video showing your library?
You can take a camera and walk around whole house and show every shelf. Not every book, but all the shelfs.
The end of 2019 edition :-)
It would be very interesting.

What does red wine taste like? I always thought it might taste like cranberry juice
@Beth June Wow. Thank you for the input. It seems like you know a lot about wine.

So true
I read Harry Potter when I was 13 and still loved!!
I also read Artemis fowl when I was much older and I loved it😍 would love to win. These books are so interesting
I haven't read Artemis Fowl or the Golden Compass yet. Although I have read the others. Twilight is not the best series but it always brings me great memories. Some other series that have made a lasting impression on my life are The Last Apprentice, Percy Jackson, and the Mortal Instruments!
I love your haircut in this video. Super cute :)
I love you so so so much Sasha!!! Thanks for this video! I want to start a booktube channel so bad!! You're inspiring me a lot to inspire me to create one! Thanks so so much!!!
You rambled for most of the video and seemed pretty out of it. Love you Sasha but maybe you shouldn't drink before/while filming!
Yeah, i noticed that too, she seemed tired, she was probably tired from traveling.
I never got into Artemis Fowl when I was younger so I def have to start it now before the movie
Is it bad that I’d never heard of the Artemis fowl series until this video? Welp time to read it now.
this is such a cute lil list.
Watching this at 15 to have 0 regrets
I loved the Artemis Fowl series, how cool that there is a spinoff!
Thank you for the giveway and the fantastic video! Remembering old series is always heart-warming. Eoin Colfer is an amazing author and if you haven't, you should read his other middle-grade books. :)

artemis fowl takes me back. i adore that series.
I have never read the Harry Potter series... maybe I’ll get to it eventually lol... who knows. There are just so many great books out there!
Sasha you're the best!! I hope to meet you someday :)
i really enjoyed the tone of this video, you speak more lowkey ig? but there's something both really drawing and calming about it ✨🌜
Great video:) I can´t think about a book I wish I read as I was younger right now...:D
I was looking for another book for my son to read hoping he will like Artimas Fowl books! Thank you for sharing ❤️
I am so excited to try out Artemis Fowl! I need to get to it!
Gotta love Artemis fowl 😂 read Skullduggery pleasent, it's so good !
There's so many of these I haven't read before!
Hey Love! Is your PO Box still the same even though you’ve moved to Scotland? ❤️❤️
Wait... did you move to Scotland or did I dream that?
omg Is the giveaway still going on?
Love your videos they're always so great!
I wish i love reading books😊😘
I wish I read harry Potter when I was younger. I've finished it now but I wish I had it in my childhood
Omg I really have to read these books.
i missed your videos!!!
giveaway sounds exciting!!
I want to read Artemis fowl 😍 you make it sound just so magical and amazing 🤩
Sasha is now using her youtube channel to do sponsored videos and not for the fans anymore. Not trying to be negative but it is my opinion. I missed her doing videos about what was she going to read next and now it’s just content mainly based on sponsorship
Well, this is how she makes a living. You don't have to watch her FREE content if you don't enjoy it anymore.
I noticed that as well.. she used to be a big known highly watched booktuber. And now that has declined so much- and her videos have also declined so much. From the viewers, to what her videos hold.
Compare this to past videos of her - and other youtubers like ReadWithCindy or Emmmabooks
Mine would 100% be Harry Potter... I’m 24 and still haven’t read the entire series
i love your videos and your hair lol!!! 💙❤️
Love this video so much 🙌🤗
Love your videos and your book!
We LOVE you Sasha! 🌿♥️🕊️🤧📚 #TeamSasha #SashaTime
What's the place she is staying at called?
Yes please!
Heh. The only series that she mentioned that I have thoroughly enjoyed is HP
I wish i read Harry Potter when I was younger!
Also, I missed your videos
I wish I would have read *everything* when I was younger....I just got into reading this year...*sigh*
