ANZAC Day Dawn to Sunset Service

ANZAC Day is a very important event observed throughout Australia every year on the 25th of April. The Australian Embassy describes it as follows: "ANZAC stands for Australian and New Zealand Army Corps. The soldiers in those forces became known as ANZACs. Anzac Day is a commemoration of the anniversary of the landing of Australian and New Zealand troops at Gallipoli, Turkey on 25 April in 1915".

This is the first time I have attended an ANZAC Day celebration in Australia. Since the event starts at 4:30 AM, I began the morning at 12:30 AM! Took a shower, had a quick breakfast, then a taxi and a train ride. I spent the whole day in the vicinity of the event, and only reached home by 8PM. Tiring day but very inspiring.
The video is divided into 3 parts - the dawn service, the march, and the sunset service. The trumpet music in the beginning and the choir music at the end, are LIVE recordings from the day. I have used them as it is because it was mystical in its own way.
