DakhaBrakha is a Ukrainian folk quartet which combines the musical styles of several ethnic groups. DakhaBrakha was originally a daughter project of Ukrainian avant-garde theater Dakh.

I had a 4 part transition to DakhaBrakha. 1) I assumed they were some kind of costumed Ukrainian folk ensemble, 2) I listened and quickly realized the were very good, 3) more listening convinced me they were exceptional, till finally, 4) I realized they were world-class musicians playing masterpiece after masterpiece. This took about 10 minutes. Then, for months I listened only to DakhaBrakha. No one else matched their brilliance. What/who does DakhaBrakha sound like? They sound like DakhaBrakha.They are totally unique. The fact that they have 4 exceptional voices insures no one can sound like them

Dude this song is one of if not my absolute favorite by Dakhabrakha. Your eye's said it all when she started singing the final verse. You were hearing and feeling the emotion she was singing and everything I hear her sing that part it gets me and makes me close my eye's. I absolutely love this band their music is amazing.
