For those that didn't, increase the memory from 256 to 356. (this is how it worked for me)
I was having this problem in just one page, 256 didn't do it, but 356 got rid of the 500 error and was able to save changes done to the page.

Thank you for this! I followed the tutorial but I am still getting the error message: An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 158 of the file /home1/ealtibr2/public_html/wp-content/themes/daisy-theme/rslib/customize/controls/repeater/repeater.php.
Any hints!? I've updated all plug ins. Not sure where to go from here and cannot customize my theme anymore. Any advice is appreciated.
