Great video with very detailed insights. I believe some of the activities are doable depending on the extent of your hearing loss. Unfortunately, that's not the case for me; I would never attempt to go through a drive-thru, setting myself up for failure and struggle. However, the issues you've mentioned are daily challenges for us. If you've had hearing loss for a while, I'm sure you're accustomed to it by now. For newcomers, knowledge is power. I found this channel when I was starting my journey with hearing aids. Conference rooms often kill me. Phone calls to my hearing aids works well for me. I am not sure how it sounds on the other end. I have been able to use over the ear headphones for normal computer Teams meeting and turn my hearing aid down a click or two to take out the feedback squeal. Drive thrus simply have bad audio all around.
