      It's just another radical version of religion, where many are not great experiences if you're a kid forced into it. If someone wants to bring their kids up with righteous values and morals, then bring them up teaching them righteous values and morals. Don't take them to "the religion people" and trust them to do it.

    Considering the amount of damage her disappearance has done and continues to do, he must be very afraid of what she'd say if he brought her out. Like that's the catalyst for Leah leaving and doing her show. It's the catalyst for a lot of people's curiosity in a negative way about scientology. It seems like it would be so easy for him to produce her and for her to just say "I'm fine, I just want to retreat from public life." if that were the case and make everyone look stupid. The only things I can figure is that either he can't produce her because she's no longer living or there's no way it would be believable due to an extreme lack of cooperation or physical appearance.

    • @jenicdarling9425
      @jenicdarling9425 Рік тому +50

      I think she may be dead like she seems smart and so she would do want they say to make them think she’s on their side to do what she had to to get out and then get away from them. Leah’s show spoke of what they did to people that did something wrong and such sending them to a place where they were basically prisoners.
      There was a story in the news some years ago in Tennessee where a man was able to call police for help as he was being held against his will that was at a Scientology facilities where there was trailers and small cabins, he was in this small room where there was nothing but like a mattress and he was using the sheets to cover himself when police came, only light came from the bathroom and he said they were making him take unknown medicines. I think he went to them for help to get clean of drugs or something but by then it had been like 9 months and wouldn’t let him go. Police took him and then found another women in another area on the property held against her will and took them both to the hospital! Police shut down that whole property and arrested some Scientologist who plead guilty to false imprisonment. U can google all this it’s insane
      If not get her good enough for public or video they could’ve at least staged photos making her take pictures for them like the hostage she is and then tell people oh she’s fine like see here she is enjoying lunch with her husband last week! Ya I think sadly that by now after so long and especially with Leah’s show digging up public interest again that she’s dead and that’s why that can’t show her, if they could’ve shut Leah and everyone up about it they would’ve long ago. I think it either they killed her by accident like with how abusive and insane they are or with how crazy and abusive they are did it on purpose to kill her. But that’s just my opinion anyway

      @@jenicdarling9425 I’ve thought pretty much the same with the Shelly Miscavage disappearance. If she was alive and of sound mind and body they would’ve had Shelly in some type of public appearance even if briefly by now. I figure if she’s not deceased she’s became so mentally unstable (probably due to horrific living conditions and abuses) there’s no way they can publicly present her.

      What about what he says in the video about Shelly most likely wanting to be wherever she is in Scientology?

    • @StreakyBaconMan
      @StreakyBaconMan Рік тому +1

      Shelly Miscavige isn't the property of the Church of Scientology or David Miscavige - how can it make any sense for law enforcement to demand they deliver her to the FBI? Shelly Miscavige has the right to be missing, and law enforcement has no rights to demand she deliver herself to them, or that anybody else deliver her to them. If there is suspicion that she is where she is against her will then they can investigate that and attempt to locate her and confirm or deny that, or if there is a suspicion she is dead they can also investigate that, attempt to find the body or interview people who may have first hand knowledge of her death.
      From what I have heard in the past law enforcement actually has made contact with Shelly Miscavige since people speculated that she may have fallen victim to foul play, and she didn't suddenly reappear in public after that so it seems like she either wants to be wherever she is right now, or at least that she does not want to leave scientology and so will put up with being somewhere she doesn't want to be in order to remain a part of it. Seems to me like the best explanation is that David Miscavige decided to stick her away in some obscure role because their marriage was not working and he didn't want her around anymore. Still not good, but not nearly as sinister as what people have made this out to be in their heads.

    I live just down the road from Gold, it’s a scary place to drive by. But when I do drive by very slow I am very pleasant and flip them off at the guard shack. I also have a bumper sticker that I pull out of my glove box that says “Scientology is a cult”. I have been followed once, did not drive home went to a grocery store and left some cards I have from the Aftermath foundation for people seeking to leave around the store.

    Hi Aaron! I'm one of those who totally accept Mike's explanation of where Shelly is and why. Her problem seemed to be with her psychopath husband David, rather than with Hubbard. That's why it doesn't surprise me that she'd be more than happy to be working on preserving his "work" for the so called "good of humanity." 🙄
    As far as her not having made any public appearances to assuage people's fears, if I understand correctly, scientology looks at all of us as being beneath them and our only worth to them is our money. Therefore, they probably feel no obligation whatsoever to show us that Shelly is ok. We don't count unless we're paying them for something, so they don't care about what we think about where Shelly is.
    Maybe I'm totally wrong, but that's what I've gathered from reading Mike's book.
    I'm so happy to see the channel growing!! Your videos never, ever, disappoint!! Ciao! 🙂

    In August 2013 Leah Remini reported her missing to the LAPD but within a few days of receiving the report, the LAPD stated that they located Shelly Miscavige, and further stated that she was not actually missing, so the case was closed. The LAPD told ABC News that Shelly Miscavige is alive.
    "Our missing persons detectives have met with the alleged missing person within the past two days. We consider this case closed," police said.
    The LAPD also said that this is not the first time they've received a missing persons report on Shelly Miscavige.

    I don't really know what she would say because many years ago, before she disappeared, she asked if she could walk out of the Lemon Tree at Flag with my sister and I. My sister was a Scientologist and she insisted on bringing me there whenever she could. Shelley then asked if she could come into the cab with us and we said of course. Then two men in Scientology uniforms came out and she ran back inside. She appeared terrified but of course the Clearwater Police say they can do nothing and members are taught to distrust them. I believe she did want to get away and of course that incident would have been noted. After that, McSavage followed me when I was there and some scary stuff happened. My sister shoved me in a cab, told me to lock the door while she spoke to them. We were also followed back to her house. After that, she said she wasn't going to take me back there, and she and her group left the "Org", although they remained faithful to their beliefs.
