WOW it was good..yesterday at apple store i was playing with pen on IPAD PRO.it was very accurate ...1250 is a bit pricy but i may get one down the road .using my Samsung Galaxy for my pdf books / calculations....

Osama can you please tell me which kind of ruler you use in your videos? I can't find it anywhere searching for "Triangular ruler" or "Architecture ruler" and it just seems perfect. You have really inspired me to want to try.

The rotring triangle with Handel is my preferred one however it could be cheaper if you get another brand or even buy it direct from any store

gummy nod get an ipad. it’s easier. it’s just like using a paper to sketch. laptops are complicated most times. ipad pro is the best one. definitely worth buying

Does Apple Pencil works the same on both iPad Pro and iPad ....or it has got some better features on iPad Pro?
Is any of this drawing drawn to a proper scale like 1:1 or 1:50 as you would in architecture. R is it just made up and actually unbuildable.
C S for this particular drawing it’s out of scale as I drew it the same day the developers issued the application so I trained my self for one hour only then recorded the video
But it has the option to draw accurate dimension drawing
I’m pretty good at art and architecture always has interest me as a hobby I’d like to one day create my own home :D

Well, the app I used to build the massing is not for architecture work it was designed for 3D printing work that is why it has one Color for massing
Now I am using (formit) which is great app from autodesk

Hi! i am a fresh man majoring in Architecture, we haven't learned the AutoCAD yet but do you think would be the AutoCAD replaced by some app on ios ? i am sure there must be some cons but i couldn't figure out .

Hello, which would you suggest is better for Architecture.. The ipad pro 12.9" or the 10.5".. Knowing that the new 10.5" is a little more upgraded?
to be honest I prefer to use the bigger screen - by the way it is heavy- however others may like to use the smaller one as it is handy and lighter and they dont care about the size too much because they can easily navigate in the drawing using the zoom and pan tools . there is no correct answer but it depends on you.

Hello,
You may mean different between iPad or Samsung tablets in one side and compare with devices like Wacom
For Wacom devices
You need to connect them to a pc which has photoshop for example then you can use them to draw in theses programs in your computer
But the apple or Samsung tablets are stand alone devices that have applications and you can use them without connecting them to any pc

What programs are you using? I've been looking for something like this. Other than auto CAD.
Brandon Farley it is not clear for me however if you mean 3D modelling on iPad I can recommend ( formit)
If you mean on pc. Then go with SketchUp
If you mean something like Auto-cad I don’t think you will find
Hello! how much storage do the apps use? I was thinking of maybe buying the 64GB iPad and upload everything that was not apps on an external memory. But these apps are heavy, how heavy specifically?

application size not an issue at all it is usually 100 MB or even less - No external memory works with iPad - my iPad is 128 GB and I almost used 50% of its storage after 3 years of using it so it depends on your use maybe 64 GB will be enough for you
Osama Elfar I mean when you save your work you are using space apart from the application original size and if that is noticeable meaning like +600MB per work saved..
btw there are a few pendrives via lighting hole with a lot of memory like 64gb or maybe a wireless hard drive that you can store everything that isn't an app but files or your work done in the app you can
off course the working files will consume space - anyway dont think too much in space - but if you really concern about it go for the 256 GB - I have external USB device but usually used for copying the files but the applications I am using don't recognize it - go ahead and buy your device and enjoy working on it

Which is best for architectural drawing?? ipad 10.5 or 12.9???
Carbon 16 both are ok
But I prefer the bigger size to have the feeling of paper size
While some friends are preferring the handy smaller size and works perfectly

Amazing.. How come the background image doesn't pan/move when triangle is on top?
Usually triangle set is not affecting the drawing, pan and zoom could be performed by finger movement nothing else
I guess he is using paperlike(Google it if you don't know what is paperlike).
the funny fact, you can buy an ipad, download the software and use a straightedge ...and you still need very good skills, which unfort, you can not buy....to create such art ;-)
