it's a fail safe terminology... if you Transmitter fails due to some or unknown reasons. Burnout direction is like hig or low selection switch.. if your Tx fails it gives high output if u selected hig or gives low Ouput if u selected low.... if your process is on low trip then pls select on high side bcz we don't want any process trip due to failure of a transmitter.
