Less than 30 lbs.? Unless you got a prescription for a rehabilitation manual wheelchair or nearly a grand to spend, you're not getting one under 30 lbs.

18 inch wheelchairs go nowhere near 300 pounds, especially if the user is short. 250 is more reasonable. 275 if the user is on the tall side. I'm 5'7" and 275, and my ass gets wedged stuck into an 18 inch wheelchair. Most 18" wheelchairs are rated by the manufacturer for up to 250 pounds not 300 as well.
