Looks like a nice site. I would have like to see what the reatrooms and showers look like. Otherwise Great Job
Thx. Sometimes we do film inside the facilities if we go by them when no one is in them. I will say they are well maintained and always clean.
This was The Zoo. Itwas moved cople years ago. Crazy
I remember the zoo. I was thinking it was further away from the beach so that is crazy.
Wow! It’s empty there!!! We are coming in June for Father’s Day!
We were surprised how empty it was, especially Labor Day weekend, but it filled up later. We love it there.
Are the speed bumps throughout the park or just as you enter?
There are a few through the park.
@@hanginwiththeharrises Thanks. Not a fan of speed bumps but for a few nights, I can deal with them.
@RH63 we stayed up towards the front of the park so really never dealt with them while pulling the camper. I don't think you will see an issue. Have fun. We will be back there in April.
Why is it called Luxury RV Park?
That I don't know. The best thing about it is location.

I drove thru it some yrs back and thought it was far from Luxury but yes it is a great location.
Waaaay over priced.
Dollar for dollar at least 5 other nearby parks, offering ”far better” RV sights and amenities.
Did I mention waaaay over priced.
We have driven through some other parks in Gulf Shores that are nicer and cost less for sure. We like this one because we can walk to most places we like to go, including the beach (just a few blocks away) and Papa Roccos (just across the street).
Any chance you have a list of parks you would recommend in the area
@Boulder view manor some friends of our stay at Sun Outdoors which is listed as Orange Beach but is close to the Wharf. We liked it when we road through. Of course, Gulf State Park but that may be hard to get in. There are several down Fr Morgan Road but when we drove through we weren't impressed (might change our minds if we stayed there). There is another but can't remember its name close to the sport plex back towards the outlet malls but it was too far out for what we want when traveling to the area. If yo want i will find its name and list It is very new with lots of concrete pad sites and what looked like a nice pool.
