its the oldest so they dont have much hard time with their vocal cords. albanians are one of the few people who can change the vocal of the word and still say diffrent word.

The ones that did, often dont qualify... The language in music should never be a barrier, but in eurovision... sadly it is. That's why most countries choose to sing in English.

It's about the plague of mass migration Albania has been living these past decates and it's getting worse as times goes by. The youth are leaving the country for better life and hope in Europe. It's getting very bad and listening to this, minutes after i meet with a dear friend that's about to leave for Germany (in a month).. brings tears to my eyes.. 😢 Albania is being abandoned and it hurts like hell! 💔

Several months passed since the first time watch this performance. Until now I still remember how I feel when I watched it. This performance is way too underestimated. In my opinion, it is No. 1 show among Eurovision 2019. Before this show, I barely know about country Albania or Albanian language, but thanks to all singers’ performance, it somehow enhances my ability of empathy to understand this song emotionally. The ethnic instrument at beginning sounds like the voice of eagle, which creates me an image of sky, mountain and eagle right away; the passional back vocalists sound like echo around the mountain; the chorus is like an Albanian mother standing on the mountain and calling out her children back home. So deep emotion in the song! If I understand Albanian language, I would dive deeper into the emotions created by the performers. Jonida and all back vocalists, thank you for the perfect show 👍
