When the time comes when Bron officially retires, I hope he'll create his own podcast or channel or whatever, where his content would be interviewing guys (like this, especially his previous opponents) AND... I would like him to have those analytical-kind of content where he'll breakdown and analyze plays, on how and why they happen. I would also love it if there would be this portion where he'll watch his previous Finals/Playoff games where he'll breakdown and explain some stuff he did back then.
It speaks to how immature and selfish they are as humans. I never understood why people hate on someone for playing where they want to play. I understand being sad and whatnot, but sending out hate to them is childish & pathetic. People think these players days consist of 3 hours. These players have lifes outside of basketball, many have the interests of spouses and children thst also factor into their decision. And if he wanted to win multiple chips, it would never happen in cleveland. Cleveland never has and never will be a free agent destination. Just think, if you are a superstar athlete(especially a bachelor). Would want to live in cleveland or a big city, with much better nightlife, way better women, better weather etc. Not to mention way better opportunities for off-court business ventures/endorsements.
When you're not a basketball fan and you realize how much more advanced current NBA players are compared to the past, you will understand why Lebron James is The King Of The G.O.A.T's.
@@LegendaryNamedoesn’t change the fact that the league is more talented than ever, but I don’t like the GOAT discussions because you can’t remove a player from their era.
You are absolutely right. Comparing eras is doing a disservice to the all-time greats, because the game is in a constant state of evolution. There would be no Showtime Lakers without Bill Russell’s Celtics becoming popular enough to out compete other leagues for talent. There is no 1990s expansion era without the Showtime Lakers & Magic literally saving the league from bankruptcy, and making every single team profitable for the first time in the NBA’s history through shared Lakers merchandise sales. We also don’t get today’s worldwide talent era, without the expansion era creating enough spots for teams to take a risk on Giannis-type international prospects.

My LeBron experience is a perfect testament of the phenomenon he has become. I was a diehard LAKERS hater mainly because SHAQ was just unstoppable. Anyways I swore I would never support him as a LAKER but I got over it rather quickly.
Only thing I make LeBron great in my book he gives back to the people his own people and to his hometown and it's always about the kids man and my eyes kids are the future of the world no matter what race you are what nation you from if they know kids they ain't no life so that's why I said LeBron is the greatest of all time and I'm a Kobe fan to the fullest nobody can't tell me or tell my mind about my main man ever but while abroad has brought to the game it's untouchable bro greatest of all-time stature
Its especially impressive, being lebron grew up in a single mother. Im referencing how he is such a great family man(well at least from everything we see).
"Why do you feel the reaction was so different?" - because people feel that they have a right to control you. Especially Black bodies. The Cleveland owner is a prime example. Heard he did good things in Detroit's economy- as long as he's in control it's okay. As soon as someone exercised their autonomy, his true colors came out.
two of the things that go understated about lebron and that we will talk about when he is gone are his stewardship for the whole game of basketball and the young players, and the ridiculous basketball iq. the guy remembers plays like a computer. it's a sight to see in the press conferences when he can recite an entire play from memory. most guys can't do that. it's something he's worked on and comes from his experience in teh game, but it's also a gift from god. most people don't process and hold information on that level while they're engaged in a sport. lebron can play with a dude once and know what he's got, how fast he is and if he can close the gap, how high he gets and how long he is, how well he shoots, etc. then it's in his brain for good, and he's exploiting it.
Roger Federer is equal in so many ways. Championship records, highly respected athlete in his sport for decades, the BAR of so many fundamental skills, family man, healthy for long stretches, a gentleman more often than not.
@@naomflyon6628 yeah except its way more impressive from a physical standpoint to run up and down that court at his size for 90-100 games(most yrs) a year and not only be able to stay healthy but still dominate guys that are 15 years younger. Both are absolutley amazing feats but just saying.
So sad now. When you start something you really never know what you gonna be saying on your way out. Lebron is lucky because his longevity has beaten that feeling of letting go and instead has truly truly truly enjoyed his career for how long and successful it has been

Tommy bringing up the bron telling the play story never gets old
When the time comes when Bron officially retires, I hope he'll create his own podcast or channel or whatever, where his content would be interviewing guys (like this, especially his previous opponents) AND... I would like him to have those analytical-kind of content where he'll breakdown and analyze plays, on how and why they happen. I would also love it if there would be this portion where he'll watch his previous Finals/Playoff games where he'll breakdown and explain some stuff he did back then.
The absolute hate that the Heatles got speaks to how much Cleveland loved LeBron. Total heartbreak.
What a dumb argument.. They learned all this from the coaches and previous generations
@@LegendaryNameyou’re an idiotb
This is so interesting to watch. To hear it from Lebron’s peers. Jj knows how to make a good video.
when the last dance came out I remember people saying that players nowadays don't have that kind of praise for bron. yeah about that...
Congrats 👑 always be the GOAT in my eyes
Well done great job in these interviews these are gonna be some intense last few yrs for the King hopefully we really capture this man’s historical moments he just makes the games so fun to watch especially at his age now
JJ knew this video would be in the archives forever and made sure we never forgot he made Bron touch earth
Jj, Redick, u are my favorite since 2013.. When I saw u play.. Im a senior lady from Philippines, a retired nurse now.. Im 70..
The Perk clip will never stop being funny man.
Perk is a legend bro. So funny
@@ianmoore9932 the guy brings absolutely nothing to the table when it comes to basketball, but damn he is so hilarious that I wouldn't have him any other way
@@PygmaApril I hate to tell you bro but without Perk the Celtics never win their 08 Championship. He was a defensive powerhouse in those years
@@KingJerbear Oh yeah sure, Perk had some very impactful seasons. You don't play 14 years as a role player without being good at something. My comment was about his "analyst" career. It legitimately feels like he can't even break down a play.
You guys have stepped your content, both quality and quality, up a level lately, your company is gonna grow like crazy if you keep this up!
8 straight finals is just crazy
This was Awesome JJ, thanks for the compilation.
All hail King James, the GOAT 🐐
Still amazed!!! I witnessed two GOATS!!!
You werent able to watch kobes games?
What Ty Lue did was very motivational. What he did afterwards was hilarious though 😂
JJ Redick Have The Best NBA Podcast, Amazing Stories!🔥
I can’t wait for the day JJ gets Bron on the pod
Lebron is gonna have the greatest documentary of any sporting athlete ever. Producers and editors will need to take their time putting together the content.
Appreciate u J.J showing love to the 🐐
It’s my third time watching this. I absolutely love this piece. King James is not human, and you will realize this when he retires @kingjames . GOAt 🐐 🏀
Thank u JJ.. For giving my idol LeBron all this talk, from his contemporaries, rivals.. Ur words for him, make us more proud of him, how he made his basketball career, a beautiful one, HES A BLESSED PERSON.. IM SURE, GOD'S GIFT FOR HIM BECOZ HE IS A GOOD MAN ALSO.. REALLY A GOOD FATHER, HUSB.. 😂❤
they should replace all espn nba coverage with JJ. they should just let JJ run that division of the network
The Best Ever. On court. Off court. KING James!
100%. And its not even close.
@@jaseallenson316 If you value losing and participation trophies, yeah. 4-6 not TBE
@@luimba761 Jordan played vs 46 of the top 85 worst teams ever and he only played 13 full seasons
@@leftnrighthandofgod I believe this to be true, the competition level between LBJ v MJ is laughable. Can you explain alittle more about this 46/85 worst teams? As a LBJ fan, would like any detailed ammo. Thank you.
NEED THIS FOOTAGE IN THE 10-EPISODE DOC.
My LeBron experience is a perfect testament of the phenomenon he has become. I was a diehard LAKERS hater mainly because SHAQ was just unstoppable. Anyways I swore I would never support him as a LAKER but I got over it rather quickly.
That Tyronn Lue story is too funny 😂😂😂
Thanks JJ for paying homage to one of the greatest to ever do it!.
Bron’a documentary is going to be legendary 🐐
Lebron = Continous Sustained Excellence = GOAT
Only thing I make LeBron great in my book he gives back to the people his own people and to his hometown and it's always about the kids man and my eyes kids are the future of the world no matter what race you are what nation you from if they know kids they ain't no life so that's why I said LeBron is the greatest of all time and I'm a Kobe fan to the fullest nobody can't tell me or tell my mind about my main man ever but while abroad has brought to the game it's untouchable bro greatest of all-time stature
Its especially impressive, being lebron grew up in a single mother. Im referencing how he is such a great family man(well at least from everything we see).
great video old man....oh and the 3
"Why do you feel the reaction was so different?" - because people feel that they have a right to control you. Especially Black bodies. The Cleveland owner is a prime example. Heard he did good things in Detroit's economy- as long as he's in control it's okay. As soon as someone exercised their autonomy, his true colors came out.
He just took No.4 All-Time assists a couple of Games ago...
two of the things that go understated about lebron and that we will talk about when he is gone are his stewardship for the whole game of basketball and the young players, and the ridiculous basketball iq. the guy remembers plays like a computer. it's a sight to see in the press conferences when he can recite an entire play from memory. most guys can't do that. it's something he's worked on and comes from his experience in teh game, but it's also a gift from god. most people don't process and hold information on that level while they're engaged in a sport. lebron can play with a dude once and know what he's got, how fast he is and if he can close the gap, how high he gets and how long he is, how well he shoots, etc. then it's in his brain for good, and he's exploiting it.
LEBRON IS THE ONE AND ONLY 🐐
Give the man his flowers
Great view on celebrating the king 👑 🐐
Appreciate him while we still have him. He’s given us great basketball year after year unfolding infront of our eyes. SFG!
I never seen a player as consistent for 20 years. Only player in sports I can think of who did for the 20 years like LeBron is Cristiano Ronaldo.
Literally Tom Brady the GOAT just retired.
Roger Federer is equal in so many ways. Championship records, highly respected athlete in his sport for decades, the BAR of so many fundamental skills, family man, healthy for long stretches, a gentleman more often than not.
@@xeevang1023 not the goat, but damn good.
@@naomflyon6628 yeah except its way more impressive from a physical standpoint to run up and down that court at his size for 90-100 games(most yrs) a year and not only be able to stay healthy but still dominate guys that are 15 years younger. Both are absolutley amazing feats but just saying.
Very sexy
This is a movie whoever put this together deserve a raise...JJ your going places with stuff like this maaaan
You heard curry himself he had a Lebron jersey that man loves Lebron he know what it is.
This is the greatest Lebron content every effing love it!!
YOU CANT SPELL GOAT WITHOUT “ALL-TIME”!!
JJ post this the minute he became the #1 scorer LOL
Love when JJ post on UA-cam
LeBron is the G.O.A.T. to ME!
So sad now. When you start something you really never know what you gonna be saying on your way out. Lebron is lucky because his longevity has beaten that feeling of letting go and instead has truly truly truly enjoyed his career for how long and successful it has been
