Amazing Jose. I am definitely going to give this a try. What I usually would do is simply run my well point water for about 20 to 30mins on the lawn. Then move the hose to the pool for top up and add a quarter of metal remover. Part trouble with this is that metal remover also lowers your PH level. One then needs to add soda ash to raise the PH level to the recommended levels again. Thanks for sharing.

You can use a Venturi to aerate the water coming from your pump instead of a spray. would it work better? There are a few good videos on UA-cam showing how to make one.
for a venturi to operate correctly you need enough pressure and he is getting 1020L to an hour on a 15mm hose... so a venturi will not operate with that flow rate... he needs to at least double his flow rate for a venturi to create a venturi effect. you can maybe throttle the end of the pipe where the water dispenses but im afraid the pressure will still not be enough and the water will then choose to pass through the venturi air suction side...
Boss what's pH on this tap water these days and does carbon filters aid in leveling out the pH to be at a reasonable ph? Other thing what do think the pH is when I refill water from PNP or checkers how acidic is the water.

Easy Johnny As I mentioned I would like to move away from the chlorine process, because this process does not remove all metals (e.g. aluminium). In order to remove all metals, a new dosing solution will have to be implemented. I have been doing extensive experiments in order to establish a hassle-free dosing solution/system. If you live in the Western Cape, as from 1st September 2017, you can give me a call on (cell no. 079 8018090), I will be doing house visits with my different filter cartridges (e.g. activated carbon, GAC/KDF filters and colour, metal removal resin’s) in order to establish what is the best way in treating your underground water. My equipment will show you how your final water will be, and maybe you will not need to do the pre-dosing process, but only use filter cartridges and how long it will last before replacing.

Unfortunately no, you will have to use some other treatment process. The chlorine levels might be too high and will kill the bacteria needed in the septic tank. The settled iron is removed at the bottom of the tank’s inlet/outlet.

As I said this process may not work for all types of water, it is advisable to have your water tested before proceeding with the process. Get yourself a 200 ml beacker or some clear glass and fill it with 200 ml of your raw water and then put in half teaspoon of pool chlorine(HTH), stir about 3 to 5 times and then let it stand overnight don’t worry if all the chlorine doesn’t dissolve. The next morning you should see a clear layer on top, decant about a hundred ml of the clear layer into a small bottle and have this tested for iron and manganese. Now from those results you can decide if it’s worth your while to take this route. If you had at the start 15 milligrams of iron, and the iron comes down to about one or less milligrams per litre, then it might be worth your while to do this process. Although by having 1 mg/L is still not recommended, seeing that the water drinking standard suggest that you should have less than 0 .3 mg/L, but then you can run this water through filters in order to remove the rest of the iron. By doing it this way you will save on your filters and you won’t have to replace them that often. When I started this process back in February 2017 I only wanted to treat my groundwater for the pool, but now I am thinking to use this water in the toilets and showers but I don’t like the idea that there could be still some chlorine in the water, especially in the shower. So I have decided to stop the chlorine process and use some other treatment process. The thing what I like about the chlorine process was that I could actually leave the water for even up to 2 weeks if not longer, and not worry about bacteria or algae forming, which could give rise to some dangerous pathogens. TREATING WATER IS A HARD PROCESS.It requires time, regular monetary, testing and cleaning of your equipment.

But sir. Your design is too complicated why you dont use 2 FRP tank and 1 Dosing Pump which can be installed in 3 meter spaces at compact design. If your design is improvise it is okay. But for selling or sharing with others will be look lousy and not looking nice. But Thanks for sharing Sir.
Impossible for the water ph to rise from PH6.38 raw to ph7.79 and then ph8.34 while using chlorine tablets (trichloro-s-triazinetrione) chlorine tablets has got a ph of 3 so it will lower the ph on water and not raise the ph... aeration tends to raise ph of water but you also do not have enough aeration with the little sprayer connected to your system right at the beginning of your filtering process. You want us to bellieve that you raised the water's ph by a ph of 2 with aeration, chlorine tabs and some little filtering.... With the ph calculations ruled out, it is impossible for me to believe the iron and manganese figures mg/l.

Are you deleting the iron or just changing the color. Some treatments can interfere with the testing of iron.
