    Hey guys, is it possible for you to go over some tips for the female figure competitor? You make a great point how it's very hard for females to come across valid and solid information regarding losing body fat and gaining muscle at the same time, which is what I'm doing. Any input that you guys have on this topic will be greatly appreciated!

    Any tips for endomorph petite? But like really petite. 5.1, BMI 26. Body fat 35%. Slow metabolism. Stuggling for 2 years to eat at a caloric deficit

    I'm a ectomorph, and I have trouble hitting my calorie and protein requirements, I feel physically sick because I need to eat so much.

      I'll just straight up vomit if I eat too much..

      Water water water that's what I'm doing to have my stomach stretch.

      you need to increase slowly not 300 to 400 kcal al at once. build it up like increase your breakfast a litle bit keep the rest as you normaly would eat. keep that going for 1 to 2 weeks and then add something more to your lunch and keep doing that for a couple of weeks and slowly but surely you will stretch your stomach and be able to eat more food. But wanting to it al at once will not work go slow but steady with increasing food portions

      Try Boost extra high calorie shakes, they have 550 in each shake! That helps me hit a little under half of my goal daily!

    I'm this woman. I've been about 100 pounds for over a decade. I am around 105 now, but still extremely hard to gain muscle. Also, I have to do it all from home, making it harder.

      But right, also very difficult to even find enough that I like to eat to probably take in what I'd need to to gain.
      Also, I read hard and fast is what I should be doing for my body type, but I still haven't gotten the weights and equipment needed to add on the extra resistance that I need.
      I am just the typical "skinny-fat".

    Hello guys I love your show love watching you all sitting on comfortable chair . How is I know what body types because I m under five feet tall. I weight about 118 lb and I m fifty years ago , try to build muscle currently working out four to five days a week . I stared weight lifting about five years ago still have hard time building muscle . Please need help Ps I don’t know what body type am I. I have belly fat but my leg are strong .
