I remember playing this piece - there are so many small details written in (sudden dynamics changes, accents, etc.) and you nailed them all. Very well done!!!
Great job Randolph. I have not played this piece yet. Looking forward to it. Great execution. Good luck in the future at everything else that you set for.
Great Performance the thing I love about live music is the perfection in imperfection. Its not always about playing the notes perfectly on the sheet. You can tell his heart is in this performance and to me that means more then playing a piece perfect but with out emotion!
Hello everyone...I go to Plymouth/Canton High School and I am a freshman... i am learning this piece and its going really good...but if you have any suggestions then please comment me!
heavier mallets will give you alot more strength (obviously) but heavy mallets also help with sound. Chorales actually sound very good with heavy mallets. Light mallets sometimes sound too dry or "dingy". It all depends on the piece...
I played this myself. Well, I played a little slower and maybe not as good as this man, but it was really not bad. Thats what teachers and the jury told me, they really liked it. A reporter said, this was not "real music", but just noise. I ask you: how can't this be real music?
@hinataissohot I was talking about the mallets your using, not the marimba (I know that's a marimba.) What kind of mallets are you using? As in, your sticks?
i have another opinion than klaaazz26. nice sound and good accents. but there are some mistakes^^. and i hate the mobile phone. thats bad for the player. but nice job!!

Amen!
That's the beautiful thing about music.
Yes because nobody ever misses a note or two on a performance. Especially on a nine page solo.
great job!!

Hey Randy, great performance!
I was just wondering, what mallets are using? Are those Good Vibes? It's tough to tell from the video quality.
せんぱいがこの曲やる!
めっちゃすげーかっこいい!
@flipboitj Matthias Schmitt , Hope I wrote it correct. Got a altered version on my channel!

i hate when it happens to me!!!

First off, awesome, second off,
I cant be the only person that thinks the performer looks like a white version of Lou from Guitar Hero III....Can I??
