I'm a newer player that started in January and this video popped onto my feed. It was so well made; your story telling and research really shines, so much so that I didn't even realised the video was as long as it was! I hope you're still playing as I noticed it'd been a while since the last release, but even if not you've documented an era of this game and that's really cool.
As someone just now properly coming into Flesh and Blood, I really appreciate these videos chronicling the stories and histories already woven into the culture of the game I'll never experience Starvo for myself, but I'm glad I can still clearly see how he affected the game and influenced its future
I feel so lucky to have started playing JUUUST after starvo hit LL. Anyway I think prisim or briar would be neat to cover in another video. Really enjoyed this, it scratched a part of my brain just right
Finally got around to finishing this. This is seriously a master stroke of storytelling with so much effort put into pulling specific references and examples. Truly spectacular work 💖
Look, this video was recommended to me about 6 times and I always put off watching it due to lack of time, and when I manage to see it, I can only say that this was one of the best ways to see a story being told, this video was incredible
Great video! Just some thoughts tho, I think they already made the same mistake with Zen. It took LSS some very drastic changes just so they could fix the meta (and they no longer had the excuse of playtesting limitations that they had back then)
He could honestly be a simple errata. Instead of the + attack and dominate and go again. They could just change it to OR. Pick one of the 3. Also the 3 elemental types is crazy to me like why all 3 lol
I always thought that would have been a good mechanical fix, but erratas just feel so bad. After The Calling Indy, I think it was the right choice just to keep him as is and let him LL quickly
Our favorite videos in Flesh and Blood.
Means a lot coming from my favorite podcast!
It's also very helpful to have plenty of Starvo rants from Brenden to use
Already shaping up to be the Rhystic Studies of FaB, love it
His Hogaak video was some good inspiration for this one

So glad to hear it! This one did end up being longer than intended XD. Don't worry, I am still playing and working on the next video!
Super cool that a little store in NC has a part of FaB history. Played there many times.
The birthplace of Captain Planet

Love hearing that! Glad you enjoyed it!
What a masterpiece video! The quality in the thumbnail alone and overall Pacing and quality of the video itself.
Thank you! I really appreciate that
congrats on finishing the video bud, great editing and script as always
Thanks dude. I might need your help on the Prism video😉

Prism and Briar have very interesting stories. I'm looking forward to covering them.
"There will never be another Starvo" - Zen has entered chat
@@imilegofreak that baldie will stick around for awhile. They didn't let him speed run CC
Very well made video. Will love to see more LL stories.
Fantastically produced! Thanks for sharing this with the community. 🤘😎
I need more of this
MOOOOOOOOORE!

Much appreciated! You're giving me the motivation to grind out the next video!
Video editing/clip sourcing to this level is a LOT. You're someone who puts in the effort and that level of hard work is incredibly admirable.
This was a good watch, as well as the Chane one. I'd love to see more of this!
brilliant video! This was the perfect way to tell the story, ya nailed the pacing and context
These Videos are amazing! Thank you for linking us in, it brought us joy to hear back of our thoughts!
Of course! "He's been smashing it!" really captured how dominant Starvo was in week 1 of PQs.

hehehe i know that feeling... Glad you enjoyed it. I think future videos will be a little more concise
I LOVE IT
awesome vid :) its great seeing all the old pro events being retold
Loved your video on Chane! So keen to watch this.
Amazing video!
amazing story told.. this video is awesome! subbed
Great video! I hope you cover more in the future
These videos are awesome and very nice to watch to get a sense for the meta in times of old.
hope you continue doing these, as a person coming into the game later its fun to see what happened before this game caught my eye
Love to hear that! Progress on the next one is slow but it is coming!
Love it.
I love your videos and I’d love to see more history videos of other heroes, and also stuff from Blitz, and not just CC
I've got a few ideas in the works outside of CC heroes
Crushing, thanks!
Wonderful!
Grate video!
Another great hit mate
Thanks Alex, your footage from PT1 really conveys the energy of that event.
Amazing video as always!
Nice video!!
Love this and the Chane videos, these are sweet. keep it going!
Can’t wait for the Dromai episode
She definitely has an interesting story. Gotta get through all the Tales heroes first...
Did this guy jump out of a twilight novel?
Great video!

@@denselross Zen is definitely something of a repeat of the Starvo situation. But they stepped in reasonably quickly so make him a reasonable hero
You weren't there man...
You weren't there.
... but LL Skirmish is here...
the people will get a taste of what we lived through...
1:18 went crazy
no photoshop necessary for that one
And to think we almost repeated this history with Zen..
This video would have aged like milk if he beat Starvo...
I'll just sit here, waiting on the Zen video
Don't hold your breath, plan is to go in order...
Asking for the next video to be Oldhim
He's gotta wait his turn. He has a great narrative tho

It was always the same kind of player who piloted Starvo...Oooh i hated him so hard from day 1 🥵
I proudly played the slots in PQ season 1
