A lot of people who would watch this would make fun of it but at least the person is not sitting on the sofa eating Doritos and playing Video games 10 hours a day. Love these old videos.
Back then there was no need for exercise, their diet was so on point that by default they kept fit & slim. 💯💯
And they were active, no tv
Your channel is a shining diamond amid the filth of the fitness community. Never change.
"keep absolutely rigid"
That's what she said
Easy to make of it, but actually good stuff there for the average sedentary person. Plenty of 'average' would not have this level of functional mobility.
Not much has changed, most gym goers work out at this intensity lol
😂😂😂
And then four hours of Lindy Hopping at a jazz club.
Speakeasy and Blind Pig.
Don't laugh, these are actually great mobility exercises
Even till date if we did these stretches excluding the dancing stance, it makes total sense.. shoulder, back, hamstring, hip, these mobility drills makes sense
Keep you flexible more like
Very graceful she.
Reminds me a bit of JP Müller's "My System" from 1904.
Funtional workout
கான கிடைகா அரிய ஆவணங்கள்....நன்றி கார்லோஸ்....
Bro, the hip flexors💀
She would have worked out harder if the piano player played Beethoven moonlight sonata 3rd movement
R.I.P.
Great shorts, Carlos. Big Ups and Respect.
She looks like a dancer.🤔
Beautiful, fit, flexible woman by any standard
It was one of the best
Odd style of exercise of course we are thinking in a modern day of thinking 🤔🤔😊
Interesting. Who was she?
Her face and accent are almost a dead ringer for a young Ingrid Bergman (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ingrid_Bergman#/media/File:Ingrid_Bergman_at_age_14.jpg), but I don't think Bergman could speak English in 1931.
One little bit looked like part of Mr bean dance 😅
Awesome not hard on the joints,Limber & Flexible
Hair pie is good pie
Shocking
Too cute ❤🇬🇧❤
Now, what type of workout would the men do?
In 1931, we were in a global economic depression in a world with bery little ultra-processed foods. The problem then wasn't losing fat but retaining and adding (if possible) lean tissue
Does this work
If you wanna stay flexible and limber, sure.
Yeah. Would. (not now obv)
Chorus line Yoga from the Master Race?
It's wild what dolls wear these days. How am I supposed to focus on my light dumbbell muscle contractions when she's showing so much ankle?!
Do this shit before gym every time 😅
Goofy aaah exercise
That’s not going to work.
Looks fake
Vacuum tube AI?
