I'm not expert, but I'm pretty sure Wack just hurt his own civil case here. He doesn't just have to prove it was a lie to win in court, he has to prove the lie was detrimental to his finances/career/image. By openly bragging that he's purposely letting that information float around to generate a buzz, he's also basically admitting that it's not that damaging to his career.
