I was just getting to grips with my new existence but couldn't resist going into a cold/ warm front clash, although it did take me over 24 hours to get back home.
@@greghavers821 I'm not that tough but fair play to the students who jumped off at Eggesford after hearing College was shut, one lad wearing t-shirt & shorts to find out no trains or replacement bus for 24 hours.
I remember back in the 80’s talking my wife to work when the snow was 3 to 4 feet deep it lasted 2weeks. I was born the summer before the great freeze back in 62. I don’t remember much about that 😂.

You would think they could run trains equipped with flail hedge trimmers, to cut back the branches during the summer?
