    Ingredients:
    1/2 onion
    Ginger
    Red bell pepper
    Green bell pepper
    250g ground beef
    1 tablespoon potato starch
    Salt & pepper
    1 tablespoon sesame
    (Teriyaki sauce)
    2 tablespoons sake
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 tablespoon mirin
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1 teaspoon vinegar
    Instructions:
    1. Finely chop 1/2 an onion and about 4 slices of ginger.
    2. Cut the red & green bell pepper into thin strips.
    3. Add 250g ground beef, the finely chopped onion and ginger, 1 tablespoon potato starch and salt & pepper to the bowl and mix well.
    4. Shape it into a ball with your hands.
    5. Deep-fry them.
    6. Add 2 tablespoons sake, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon mirin, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon vinegar to the pan.
    7. Turn the heat to high and reduce the sauce.
    8. Add the meat, and once it is somewhat cooked through, shake the pan to coat it with the sauce.
    9. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame.
