Most Beautiful Off Road Trails in America!

- We take our Jeep here to off road every single year, and ever year the views never cease to amaze us. The 4x4 trails in the San Juan Mountains have some of the most stunning scenery you'll ever see, and reach elevations that most off road rigs have never climbed to. They are hands down the number one destination that any off road enthusiast should visit, especially during the fall season color changes. Just remember to stay the trail & respect the beauty around you so that future generations can enjoy them as well.

Thank you for taking us along for the ride. It is beautiful out west. Here in Florida we see 2 colors - green or dead
Gotta check out Kentucky, noting but tress , I walk outside my house and I see “ red orange yellow purple “ so perfect and it only gets better ,
Thanks for reminding people to respect the trails, lets work to keep them open.
You guys should plan a trip in the fall to view colors in upstate New York and New England area. You will see colors on a whole new level.
Wow so gorgeous looks like a canvas painting thanks for sharing
My backyard playground! So blessed to live in Montrose!
Yup, them vistas!! Wow!!
Thanks for sharing.
Just want to thank Brittany (not only) for appreciating this wonderful planet the way us offroad enthusiasts do, all over the world. We’re under attack, if it’s not the “just stop oil” lunatics, it’s local authorities closing off beautiful trails “for reasons” that simply don’t make any sense. Most off-roaders are conscientious preservers of the environment, and given that “climate change” is a political scam, we do no harm. It’s my contention that most protesters spend their lives in cities walking around staring at their feet. God bless you litebrightnation, you and others keep the freedom flag flying. ❤️🇷🇴
The San Juans are amazing every time! Never gets old. Yankee Boy at sunset is out of this world 🔥
If you haven’t been to the Smokey mountains in the fall you should come see all the fall colors. But this was beautiful 😊
I have to agree with Brittany that America has many beautiful places that are off the beaten track. You just have to adventure out and enjoy the journey. Happy Trails to all at LBN!
Feeding a whiskey Jack out of your hand could make the grumpiest guy smile it's such a cool feeling I can't wait to take my daughter to the mountains for the first time so she can experience it
I didn’t find out about black bear being closed two days before I planned to go thru in Aug. There’s a vid of a motorcycle running black bear in Aug and there was barely enough space for him to make it thru the switchbacks. The past snowfall really rutted out the switchbacks and it seemed some spots had only 6 ft of width.
You guys are very inspirational to a budding Jeeper. Love your videos and the positivity you both bring. Rock on!
Well said Brit. Every country has their beauty you just have to get out and explore.
I don’t get to see the off-road side of America, but as a over the road truck driver I get to see some beautiful views. At home in Tennessee on the back of a horse we go to some beautiful spots.
In the early 80's I lived in Colorado. I have been many of the beatiful places. But about 10 years after that, I drove over the road trucking through many beautiful locations through out the USA and Canada. Hiking, biking, trucking, or 4 wheeling, so many beatiful places to see.
Love that pizza place in Telluride.
This trip so far we have got the painted desert/petrified forest, Grand Canyon, Hoover dam, St George/Hurricane, Mt Zion and Bryce Canyon. All beautiful places themselves, but it's been the trip of a lifetime. Still have Moab/Arches/Canyon Lands to go. Then finishing it out in Ouray. Nothing beats the views and color in The Switzerland of America.
Chris and his trucker tan 😂😂, ❤️❤️💯🤙
I love how Jelly just hangs out the window. Oblivious to the danger, just enjoying the sites and smells.
It's like an art gallery of beautiful landscapes!!!
Just did all the same trails in July! Awesome beautiful place I’ll never get tired of!!!
I commented on the last video but I know this helps your channel. We may have been there on the same days. I never used to appreciate the CO fall colors until I got a 4Runner and got off the highway. Now I love getting to places like Ouray in the fall. Check out U.S. Basin that parallels the Million $ highway. You are correct - So many places to see right here in the states.
I love the color changes! I wish Michigan had mountains to over look all the colorful leaf changes in the fall.
Your content and Videos are very impressive 👏👌
Thanx for sharing your experience with us 🇺🇸
Have a Great Day 👍
God Bless America 🇺🇸🙏🇺🇸
Chris is going to be busy reinventing the WHEEL
REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR VIDEOS
Such stunning views back there wow ❤❤❤
US and Canada have the worlds most beautiful landscapes. No other places on earth has such variety. Or such wide open natural places. I feel so so blessed for being born in Canada.
My god that was beautiful.... im never going to get my bucket list caught up lol
My Sunday morning thing is I love sitting safely in my Lazy Boy Recliner with my cup of coffee, fastening my five point safety harness and then watching your videos. It's a lot easier on my jeep this way and thanks for that.
Having traveled this country and others, although worldly travel may sound impressive, this country has it all, as far diversity and beauty. You are so right on that.
Love the "Drivers Tan".
This is why I choose to live in beautiful Boulder, Colorado. Peak to peak hwy right now has changed colors and a lot more around Estes park too and RMNP as well.
Best part of Colorado ~ Lake City is stunning as well.
Peanut is the true star of the show!
Colorado is beautiful but I personally feel the blue ridge parkway of North Carolina is more stunning on color change.
Great video, your right there is so much nature beauty here in the USA (mainland). That said if you ever get back to Hawaii, please go off roading to Makalawena, South Point & the Green Sandy Beach, and of cource Mauna Kea (all on the Big Island).
WOW GODS CREATION IS GORGEOUS
Beautiful thanks for taking us along
The scenery was amazing. Glad to here those trails you guys did could be done with pretty much any 4x4 because we are “light off roaders”. Definitely is on our bucket list.
Those views look like something out of a story book. Thank you so much for sharing your journey!! ❤️❤️💯🤙
So beautiful thanks for taking us along. Those views wow.
Sun out Guns out Chris💪💪..lol..beautiful scenery..great video.
3:37 Thank you!
Stunning beauty! America IS fantastic! Nice editing. Nice Public Service Announcement Brit. I found out a while back I don’t have a fear of heights; I have a fear of Falling! Glad the traffic on those trails is light. Kevin is such a tease. Chris is so disarming..! LiteBriteNationGetsaPass!
Chris with the classic tan!
Thanks for the trip!
Thanks again for bringing me the beautiful views of America that I would never see otherwise!
Located The Denver Post article dated Aug 166, 2023 about Black Bear Pass being closed. Did not realize Black Bear Pass does not open until late into the calendar year (depending on the amount of snow). I'll make a mental note to contact the San Miguel Sheriffs office to confirm whether Black Bear Pass is open or not when before I am in the area and wish to take that trail next year. Thanks for sharing.
I LUV LUV luv Colorado. Never been during foliage change. They have amazing hidden gems
Tnx for the ride....WOW ❤️
Amazing! You guys rock!!! I hope I can run into you again sometime on the trail 👍🏻
Beautiful place to see❤
We did a massive elopement road trip from MS to UT/CO from Sept 19-Oct 1 and that was the perfect time to be in the area. Right at the color changing in CO and the beautiful orange and yellow colors. We did Imogene from Telluride to Ouray on Sept 27 and it was awesome! The Ouray end was more difficult IMO than the Telluride section. 1000% Worth it though. The views were amazing and well worth the ride! My wife has never been offroading like that and she was not a fan lol. Especially on the tight sections where you had to try and squeeze past each other and you were close enough to just reach in their trucks and touch them lol.
We wheel in the Ouray area every year. Unbelievable scenery
Unbelievable scenery
I've visited that area probably 50 times or more over the years and a few of those were in the fall during the peak. As you said, that part of the country is absolutely stunning! I never tire of it, either. Thanks for sharing this and reminding me I need to go back there next fall. 😁
you are something lucky lucky people ❤❤❤
Jaw dropping scenery, Lite Brite's specialty!!
I literally just bought a Wrangler 5 days ago. Im totally going to make my way up there at some point.
Love watching those drop offs, one slip/slide then it's oops! Ha. Beautiful place. Just recently watched StreetSpeed 717 do the same thing/place in their TRX. Scary trail!
MERICA! Yes! Great shout out. Best country in the world.
Love your dogs! Cutest pups ever, i swear. Not usually a fan of small dogs, but yours are the exceptions. No offense to anyone, just my preference. Used to have a 120 lb German Shepard.
Beautiful territory! Thanks for sharing
I cant wait for our next adventure on the road.
There are vistas all over the US that are stunning. I live in the PNW which is beautiful in its own right. You have been near where I live so you know.
You have the two best, (besides yourselves), attention grabbers - *puppy-dogs* . The vehicle that passed you - *very close* on the trail -, containing several passengers; who; *appeared to* - demonstrate the 😳 proof. Beautiful vistas on the trails, many thanks to you both.
Did Goose lake in Red River, New Mexico last weekend October 13th and the colors were astounding!
Breathtaking views. What a way to see your country. Now another one added to our bucket list 🙂
Someone needs to tell Chris a Gentleman walks on roadside of the sidewalk
Brit you always kill it with the music. thankssss 😁
Anywhere in Moab, Yosemite, the Cascade Mountains, Sierra Nevadas, I mean, we have some of the best mountain ranges. Go to Leavenworth WA after Thanksgiving. You wont be disappointed.
Ah! Chris is a Disney Princess!😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
Videos like this one and the few previous ones are exactly why I moved from the east coast to Colorado.
Thank you for the morning upload! perfect to enjoy with breakfast!
Thanks for sharing the stunning scenic vistas. Its like having picture post cards outside your office windshield!
I love Colorado. From Texas, I went there in July for a week and wish I could stay longer. I had the same farmers tan after that trip lol.
BTW, Colorado means colorful in Spanish 😀
We have THIM around us!!
YOU TUBERS from Europe come here and you can see their excitement. They see the same things we do.
We take for granted what is on our "back yard".
Amazing video of fantastic views. Thanks for being you. So glad you got to get away and just relax a little.
Missing jelly, She is the first one I met in the lite brite family all those years ago at trail hero.
Very cool! Beautiful.. very similar up here in Alberta,,, we have those very social birds as well. We call them Whiskey Jacks.. grey jays . 😎🤟
Another Great Video, Beautiful Country we have, looking like i have a month to play Catch up on all your videos that i have missed unless i go Jeep Camping, either way I am definitely going to catch up on most videos! 🤣🇺🇸🇺🇸🥂
My dad always called those birds camp robbers or whiskey jacks.
My bucket list keeps growing. Thank-you!!
Drove from Rochester,ny to ouray end of August thru labor day week to do these trails. Amazing, cant wait to go back in 2 years
I will be doing this next September.
wow, thanks for sharing, amazing!!
Wow wow wow so beautiful
I gotta disagree , i live in PA and up in the mountains. And because we have alot more variety of trees it is much more colorful in the fall .. just my 2 cents . But id still rather live in Colorado , much more wheeling and snow wheeling to do where you guys are at. 👍
I guess I am lucky to call this is my backyard.
PB is adorable with those ears, but Jelly is the OG trail dog.
She’s definitely the OG
Stunning!
Welcome to my backyard!
Our Jamboree Guides called the Tour trucks..."Shake-n-Bake". 😅.
Hey I live in Colorado. And i never been up there. I will definitely add it to my list.
I was there two weeks before you guys. I ran Black Bear, Poughkeepsie, Imogene, Ophir, and Engineer. I'm going back next to Holy Cross and Red Cone.
That is one of my favorite trails sooooo pretty and telluride is such a great town
Been all over that area on a motorcycle. It is stunningly beautiful.
I just drove through that area two days ago
Good First Morning!
You guys need to get to New England in the fall. Colorado is amazing... but New England is an order of magnitude more amazing.
America has the most stunning views but the most important is you can access this view in your own car which is impossible in Europe.
What fo you mean is imposible to Europe? In which State of Europe? We here in Greece we can go everywere in our mountens and forests
In a lot of countries in Europe (at least most of the ones we visited on our last trip), off roading is illegal or limited to the point of almost being non-existent. Granted, we’ve never been to Greece.
