Dutch is the second most closely related language to English after Frisian. Words with the same meaning go in the same place within sentences in most cases and are often very similar. Just by learning Dutch words you will be able to understand and even speak it very quickly if you speak English. It is also part of the reason why Dutch people in general speak English very well.
@@anong1470 It also has some grammatical and vocabulary similarities to german. So as a german you understand roughly what she was saying, but not completly.
@@bjornrenard8131 This is very much true, but German has a lot more rigid lingugual rules that are often easier for non-Germanic language speakers to learn, especially when they do not know Egnlish, because both English and Dutch seem a lot more "random" within their grammar than German.
@@wujujuju You are very right 😄 it also has more races, these are some dates that I remember 💎 🇵🇱Silesian Diamond League 08/25 SUNDAY 💎🇧🇪 Diamond League Brussels 14/09 Thanks for watching! 🙂

She trained extremely hard to be at her best and was in her best form ever (she ran 50.95 and 51.30 right before the Olympics). Of course she was incredibly sad and frustrated when she screwed up the final. She still won gold, silver and bronze at the Olympics and she's a 4x World Champion and has 3 World Records ... I'm sure she'll be alright 🙂
The Olympics are over, but I'm so happy to see femke bol through video like this. Thank you for the video😄😄
Could not understand a word, but I admire Femke for her professionalism and cheerful attitude
I think this is what it feels like to have a stroke

How is your Dutch, or Swedish or Irish?? Just asking for a friend and the world😎
English is just the bastardized offspring of French and Frisian raised by an abusive Danish stepdad.

Can't understand a word she's saying + Femke is still a charmer! 😅
Let’s be honest..Femke is an Amazon. The 30in hurdle height used for high school girls is laughably low for her or any female that stands over 5’8
Femke Bol, the European track superstar. Without Sydney, she is the number one.
