It's interesting everyone is saying the Jeep sucked and how bad American brands are, etc, but failed to mention the jeep kept the cabin more intact and largely prevented the deformation that the Mazda clearly had.
From my perspective, it looks like at best the Mazda caused broken ankles, and worst broken femurs. This isn't to say Mazda is bad, but there is clearly an Anti-American bias here. This is also coming from a Mazda Cx30 turbo-plus owner! So, no bias on my end.
