    Let's make some cassava leaves with palm nut concentrate. As much as I love my cassava leaves with coconut milk (link below), I enjoy this version of cassava leaves with palm nut concentrate.
    Hope you give it a try and let me know what you think. See you in my next one 😊

      @@limarose7384 You’re welcome. The sauce is ready when all the water evaporates and the oil appears on top. I hope that helps 😊

    What's the name of fish dried and shrimp dried and where to find it I always put the red oil at the last time but never used dried fish or shrimp but was still successful ... I think I'm gonna give a try in the future to see the results .... Thanks for sharing

      Not sure where you’re located but Shrimp powder and fish powder is found in most African grocery stores or African food markets.
      I suggest googling which ones are near you and checking them out.
      Let me know if that helps 😊

      @@sitabarry7739 for the shrimp I’ve purchased “Maesri” or "Nina” in the past. For the fish, I don’t buy it in store, I get it freshly made from Guinea.

    Is there measurements for the ingredients?

    • @afromomspices
      @afromomspices  2 роки тому

      Unfortunately no. My best suggestion would be to season as you go and taste.
      Is there anything in specific that you would like measurements for?

      If you don’t have enough, I suggest you use less cassava leaves. So make a small amount or stew.
