Me and my husband are going to live full time in a teardrop or other small camper soon I can’t wait for all our adventures and a less materialistic lifestyle !
Good luck to him. Seems like a great bloke. If I didn't have a wife, I would do this in a heartbeat. Would probably need a storage unit to keep some of my crap in.
👍 😂 Marvelous! What a wonderful place to lay down and relax. 💐 So beautiful with cool features. You feel like you are in a ship/ submarine ⛵because of the cute 😍 designed windows and still you are safe on land. Thank you for your video. Efrat, Israel. 💐
It makes sense to have the mini van be the garage/closet. I hope he’s not in a crash with all the stuff loose in there! I’d probably put some sort of screen/divider between the front seats and the back. I did not hear propane in the vehicle. Nope
so mark since you are a big guy you have any problems with getting in and out of the teardrop? And are you carrying the same amount of stuff in the SUV? I am a more minimalist lifestyle but I came from tent camping and bicycle touring where weight is your enemy. And i just want to get out of the tent and not worry about rain. I got a Montana minivan I will be pulling my camper with.

Nice little "things"! Are they affordable or do you need three jobs and a lifetime to save up for one? Also can you use the kitchen from the loungearea or is that window just for dishes?
I think hitting an affordable price point is part of their business model. And they've been at it a good while, incorporating better features and refinements. It's probably a good value. I think you might be surprised at how low the prices are. You might also be surprised at how competitively-priced a low-end off-road teardrop is, and how you just don't worry about frail hardware breaking on you. But the Vistabule people have been at it for a long time, and they have a pretty good production process that's refined for every production run.
Scott LaRoche i don’t think 🤔 so , who sells there to buy a peace of crap like this , not so sure in a year from now he’s going to be laughing like this
Your supposed to Cris Cross your trailer safety chains so in your hitch or ball malfunctions, the trailer tongue won't nose dive into the road. Some State patrol officers will fine you for improper and unsafe towing. Just food for thought.
I bought a $3,000 old motor home. Air conditioner, shower, shitter, sink everything works well. Pulls motorcycle trailer easily. Only draw back is 7 mpg. However the $20,000 I saved will buy a lot of fuel.
Honestly, these Vistbules arent worth $20,000-$30,000. For only $17,000 you can get something a little bigger that you can stand up, walk around, have a bathroom, shower, stove, queen size bed, fridge, etc., for even lower prices.
A lot depends on what your tow vehicle can pull. Also, pulling a big trailer around is a pain. I sold my bigger trailer with all the "stuff" and kept my 4x8 teardrop because it's so much easier to pull and deal with. Also, a lot of the bigger, cheap trailers are just problems waiting to happen. Sometimes less is more.
Whats in the box? whats in the box?.....tee hee tee hee the hee.... opens it up and pulls out a human head and tee hee tree here tee heeee. Seriously I am 330 lbs and 6 ft tall, he has to take up all the room inside there and where do you poop? and bathe?? I bet it smells real nice inside that fuselage!
Now I have a micro camper and I've done some road tripping in it and just wait til youeat eggs for breakfast and some White Castles for lunch, your farts get kind of toxic. You don't wanna light a candle in there!!!
You need to cross your chains... they don't do anything in their current configuration. The idea of safety chains is to "catch" the tongue if it falls, not just to drag the trailer.
Nice idea, but my clothes/shoes and electronics would fill this vehicle. It would be nice to declutter, but this is going a bit far. For full time living I would rather a full size caravan or big van.
Mark is a hoot! What a fun personality!
Love this guy's attitude and approach to life.

May classify as a cross-over, as it has some SUV features, abundant towing capacity, etc.
Wonderful video snd chat with owner happy trails

Up dates Mark and his trailer please ?
here is the update... new video ua-cam.com/video/foM_t1T88dI/v-deo.html
Use a bar of soap to line the tracks for the doors. They slide easier and no more black marks :). Just do it every so often.
How well insulated are they for low temperature camping ?
Paul Davidson It’s not well insulated but the heater heats it up and keeps it warm all night

What is the general price range of one of these trailers?
Hi Frederick- I'm not sure. I know they have increased, but you can get pricing on Vistabule's web site
Nice little "things"! Are they affordable or do you need three jobs and a lifetime to save up for one? Also can you use the kitchen from the loungearea or is that window just for dishes?
The kitchen is outside. Yes the window is just a pass through. I don’t know how to answer affordable. it’s relative to your income level

Is Mark crying or laughing?
Traveler I’m not sure :)
Mark seems to have it figured out. This answers my question: Is it possible to go full time in a teardrop?
Yes he has been out for over a year now
Scott LaRoche i don’t think 🤔 so , who sells there to buy a peace of crap like this , not so sure in a year from now he’s going to be laughing like this

Pretty sure it's an 80-inch mattress.
BOY !!! he’s really living the life 😂😬 Lol !!
He enjoyed his firs year in it full time
Full timing in a tear drop might be okay, as long as there is no weather. Then 🥵💨🌬⛈🌧🌩☁️☔️
Carl Hursh yes weather can be tough in a teardrop
You can get a tent big enough to park your tear drop inside and have a shower and casset john

He has a lot of extra stuff in my opinion he does not really need.
like a big kettle when a small percolator is all thats needed. Just way too much stuff for 1

If he doesn't wax the trailer, I hope he greases the axle.
Big guy in a small trailer ....
Mark, buy an Aeropress for your coffee. It's a 1000 percent better coffee.
The transmission of that Ford will be gone within a year.
Flex's are rated to tow 4,500 lbs, and that trailer is barely a third of that. No reason to think it will be a problem.

BS.
I find the constant laughing and giggling irritating and distracting. Not much information here. Is this guy all there?
