that feeling when the Boeing 777 is positioned in a runway and u hear both engines tuned to full-power and the announcer says "prepare for take-off" then the plane starts rolling down the runway, nothing in the world can describe the thrill of experiencing this.

Not for pax...or cabin crew...granted Emirates are the exception for comfort service and leg room
Every time I look at the front of the plane, I always picture Woody and Jessie holding on from the gear as that plane moves. Seeing this always makes me think of Toy Story 2.

Did anyone notice there are 2 different Emirates aircrafts in this video? In the beginning it is A6-EPW, but at 2:47 it changes to A6-EQA
My Nephew flies these things, he is 36 and I taught him to drive a car when he was 15...
Beautiful landscape, huge airplane with a lot of power bursting forth but I was waiting to see something I'd never seen before. The video is excellent though. Great timing.

Outstanding composition mate, feels like one of those classic close up spool videos from back in the day! Awesome lighting to catch their 777 in, the AX 100 once again produces some brilliant low light results!
thanks mate! Yes I remember the good old QF 747 leaving at that time of night a thing of the past now but good have something around that time of evening, a couple more engines and its all sweet. Camera does an ok job, still some room for improvement though, cheers for the view!

It's a decent airline yes, ok food and all, but I don't think I can do EK407/408 again or any similar length flights in anything less than business class. Economy on their planes is just too cramped for such a long flight.

I was wondering would the damn thing ever going to lift off? It probably kissed the very last few centimeters of the entire runway before taking off.
Amazing how it changes it's reg number halfway through the take off roll... ;)
Yes. It changes from A6-EPW to A6-EQA. Still some amazing camera work, though. And I do think the 777-300ER is a beautiful airplane.
Sure does mate, was a good option to combine some footage to extend the take off roll in some great conditions.
Never done in and out of Melbourne on their 777, just the 380 both times for me. Keep up the good work though, they are amazing. If you get a chance to look at my channel, I've filmed a couple of EK777's going into my local airport here in the UK, we can get quite close to them too - however our flights are daily A380's now.
