It's awesome to go there they are amazing teachers and students. And within only about 17 classes I can wall flip, Palm spin, front tuck, ect... The teachers help us learn to the max in each training its a 5 star gym!

The more I watch this the angrier I get because we don't have a parkour gym where I can learn flips parkour is done for me I'm now going into free running
There are no schools near me, so i have to self-teach with the 3 next best things: physics, human anatomy, and the internet, not in that order.
I am coming to this place very very soon! I'm so exited!!!

simply it was originally from Africa ..my continent basically was anticipating nature if hunting from certain tribes...they did it in dense vegetation /forest then during slave trade some of the Africans that were taken to Brasil kept doing it and the native tribes of Brazil liked it and adopted the culture. what you see now is modern day parkour.

Rubbish. I'm 40 pounds overweight AND I'm middle-aged (50+), and I've been training parkour since last fall. Just get started where you're at. The coaches will help you move forward. And it's tons of fun. :)
