His own children will pay him. I had the same experience with my brother and his wife. I don’t live not too far from this place. They took a house with with 3 bedroom fully furnished and 2 acres of land with rubber and fruit trees ( mango trees and Jack fruit trees.) I went out of country when I was young and worked hard to make that house and property. My father’s wealth about 20 acres ( mostly rubber) also there and he and his wife is controlling it. When my Dad was alive, everything was different and my Dad passed away unexpectedly and no will was written. I was heart broken as my own brother cheated me like this. But God is great, I don’t lack anything now. I feel very sorry for this parents. My mother is experiencing the cruelty of daughter in law.My mother's two sons died.She is so much attached to the ancestral home Yet she had to leave this home because of the bad treatment at her home Now she is living with her daughter in the next home.My mother is living a poor life Now this daughter in law had obstructed my mother's right to enter the ancestral home by starting to build a wall between ancestral home and sister's home.My mother is in a pathetic situation for the last three weeks.They have no way to travel.Mother is a high BP patient needing emergency treatment at any time.All thease matters brought to the notice of Chengamand police,Aluva SP, and RDO Yet we are not getting justice.Local police is showing partiality with daughter in law, because she is getting a lot of help from young men from outside.For the last 6 months this lady is locking her gate day and night to block the passage to mother.Everything the result of my father's act of giving' ishtadanam' of ancestral property to son 34 years ago .As per Hindu Succession Act with the death of son mother has got a right on the property.Yet that lady is not ready to accept this.Chengamad police is not even taking a humanitarian step.Kerala has become a land difficult to live in.Even cout injection order is violate d by the lady and her men by heaping granite stones in between two houses.My mother is crying for the last 20 days,having been confined to a very limited space in a small house ,unable to move further.We only two daughters left .If we do anything for mother she goes with false cases to police and police call us for questioning What a pity!We are an SC family.Why this police is acting one-way.Why this lady is made aware of the laws of the land?
