What was the tune?
Not sure the music is required. The original commentary is entertaining enough when the hits are this good!
Copyright forces you to make changes to be able to post though and music is not enough most of the time
Stop complaining.
Thanks for your feedback I think I forget to lower this music thanks for your comment
You must be old! Well go watch soccer then!
@@renatoyavala8021 we all get old someday bud it’s life
The Tuilagi one is a perfect encapsulation of his abilities. Absolute wrecks a tackler, then forgets what he's doing and immediately gives away a stupid penalty.
As an All Blacks fan nothing made me smile more than seeing Chabal and the late Jerry Collins on the same field... you knew there was going to be fireworks haha
that hiy on the troat tho at 6:09...
chabal the goat

I love the Hooper one. Gets absolutely destroyed and just gets straight back up like a champ!
Absolutely tough as nails no effect.
yes, that is very amazing right after get your brain completely compressed to be able to get up and charge again!
Sebastian Chabal was a beast on the field
Of course. At least one of his parents was a yeti.
@@mbrackeva Yep and the other one was a caveman
Chabal for me wins here, runs at 2 massive men and collides with pure unadulterated power. Magnifique!
Chabal aways will remember of Leguzamon
@@thigothi hahahah yeah that hit was freaking incredible
@@tuuluamaliefh9743 illegal... but awesome haha
@@thigothi Sin bin for Leguizamón .
The funny thing is his highlights were from the same game against the All Blacks too. He had such an incredible game that day - what a beast. From an All Blacks supporter
Always had so much respect for Gio Aplon. Smallest body but the heart of a lion. Hes much respected here in NZ.
and he was soo skilfull
I thought he rode that monster hit very well. Tough as nails little fella.
Actually its quite easy to '"destroy a legend" when his eyes are on the ball and his only goal is to make sure the ball is secure. Awareness, taking the hit and offloading - that is the art.
thats true
@@GGRUGBY completly as a rugby player, on the field the ball is more important than everything, if you get tackle just make sure to not lose the ball.
2:42 :0 OMG Chabal was a beast!
Reminds me of a time my stand-off drew the defense and opened up the gap for me. I was at full speed, thru the gap and a wee half back to beat. I'm 6'2" and 100kg.
That half back smashed me. Was like WWF. Feet went up and the whiplash was so hard I got a blood nose.
Held onto the ball, but I've never tried that again. lols
What a great game.
6'1", 115kg prop here. Took the kick off, swerved/fended two forwards, got absolutely cut in half and dumped by another Kiwi (Cantabrian) 10. I was destroyed, but held onto the ball and laid it back nicely. We retained it.
Met the guy at Canary Wharf 7 years later, invited him down to our club 800 metres South, telling him every one of our club members would want to buy a beer for the 10 that "destroyed Batesy". Plenty awaited him. He never visited.
Now those are the stories we live for to hear about! Great sportsmanship!
Chabal's one is the most iconic tackle of rugby
Don't forget that he got nailed few times very hard. Against Los Pumas he got NAILED for life!
I'm going to start watching Rugby! These are some tough ass mafoos unlike what my NFL has become!
well.........two completely differnt athletes mentality. At this rugby level you must to have it in your blood. NFL....is an American sport and the mentality is different and makes the athletes to behaive more like DIVAS!
Not much point anymore, it's been highly sanitised and hardly worth watching these days. At least half of these tackles would be red cards now for various reasons. Some of us been watching Rugby Union for 50 years have largely stopped watching for that reason, you get sent off for any little thing these days so you see very little of this sort of play. But hey, those were the days, literally !!
Best be quick, the wokeflakes are busily attempting to destroy this sport too.
3:33 Hooper soaked up that hit from Big Ben (probably not an actual nickname but buggered if I know how to spell his surname) AND got a decent offload away. That is incredible resilience.
The legend goes that the hound from GoT took tips from Chabal...
..
Brooo, the music on these videos is spot on, keeps me pumped the whole vid.
Kerevi Try SetUp Was The Bomb... 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
I showed this video to a mate of mine, who is a soccer player. At the first tackle he spontaneously fell to the floor and rolled out of the room.
Lol cmon we can love the 2 sports
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 good one.
6:04 Chabal didn't really move at first impact lol
True ahah
Love it, thanks for posting 👍
great stuff GG MONTAGES!!
6:30 That's really where the whole experiment with Beauden Barrett at fullback should've ended.
He would've run over almost every 15 in the world like that
@@N3uroStat Yes if every 15 had technique like that then sure.
As an ameican watching this, I can't help.but look at NFL plays as divas in all there equipment lol
I enjoyed the few bits of rugby in between all the adverts.
The Bismarck tackle on Carter? You missed the best one of them all.
We have used it in our different video thats why I didnt put it ua-cam.com/video/JAh4Au_2i9M/v-deo.html
He was redcarded does'nt count. Pitty
7:05 I have NEVER seen (any) Tuilagi smashed into touch like that. JM Hernandez not just a magician with the boot.
💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
He was off balance after bumping a guy off before that! Tuilagi went on a rampage that same gameb
@@PK-qx1wn No other player touched Tuilagi in the 22. That’s what makes the hit by Hernandez so impressive - Alex Tuilagi at full tilt, running flat out for 10-15 metres - practically home and hosed on any other day. Awesome tackle.
Muy bien. Hernández. .
Respect this sick beat and bloody sport
This is the most brutal contact sport ever . PERIOD !!!
I apologize for not being Rugby savy but I wanted to comment about the teams at the 1:13 mark. My first thought was OMG this is what a battle between a Polynesian warrior and Viking berserk would look like, awesome stuff thanks for sharing.
I've played full contact American football in high school, and I respect rugby enough to say "hell nah!" to playing it.
You should play. It’s fun and not as dangerous as you would think
I played the real rugby in Argentina for 12 years and after multiple broken collar bones and the downtime and recovery I decided to stop but I admire this guys!
@@fernandog.aguirre2791 dammn they hit with a great speed it will really break anything, what about the concussions???
I like the topic"destroy!!! `lmao😂
That first hit... looked like neither of them got up!
he hited his head soo bad! Scary! Ref should stop the game and send him 10 minutes to the bench!
BEST RUGBY CHANNEL !
Sebastian chabal was the hardest hitter by a mile when that guy tackles he destroys his opponents 🖒🖒👌👌like schalk burger and Jerry Collins
They didn't show the night Munster lined Chabal up from the kick off. O' Gara kicked directly to him. He got the ball and the entire Munster pack in the same instant. The story was he had been mouthing off in the week before the game about all he and his team were going to do to Munster. Did not work out well for him.
@@noahmurphy5366 ouch that's gota hurt mate those Munster boys are bloody strong great team to I've got the jumper 🖒🖒
Played 10 seasons for my local club in the 70's when late tackles hardly ever got penalized but one way or another retribution never failed to catch up with the tackler before the game was over. Not many complained neither
Dave James typing from his rolling chair after a fatal late tackle in the 70´s....
Nothing better than watching Folau getting caught
How these warriors can have a longer career than 4 years in this game is beyond me. Post career injuries gotta be a nightmare for the lot of em
THUMBS UP FOR PART 2
Better jona lomu in pt 2 😁
i was hoping to se chabal being tackled by juan leguizamon! excelent video!
ca sent le professionnalisme a plein nez en tout cas respect
Awesome serious tackles 😂😂🤣
Nice Video, but you forgot the hit from Leguizamon to Chabal in 2007, it was awesome.
Legui lo mató.
Jerry Collins was like the "Boogeyman" to every "wannabe tuff guy" on the field!
Love the commentators saying OOF and laughing lmao.
Richard Kahui featured quite a few times in this video. Didn’t realize he had so many good hits…
Paul O'Connell destroying Chabal for Munster is one of the best hits I've ever seen and I'm a Leinster fan
haha that first one. Mortlock was pure muscle so that must have HURT
At 2,10 mins we all dream of doing that
Great vid. Bosh bosh. Please tell me the name of or where I can find this instrumental please!!?!?!
No matter how talented and bad-ass you are, at some point you will run up against the younger version of yourself or someone that has a little more OOMPH over you...
Kahui the hit man
My man
Commentry with the music seems like an unintentional rap
If you haven't can you do a best captains moment or something like that?
+1
At last a compilation showing hard but legal tackles (some marginally late).
this is full body martial art game
des très beaux TAMPONS👏👏👏
O’Driscoll was never allowed play in the Southern Hemisphere for the lions, he was smashed the minute he stepped onto the pitch, speared even by the all blacks, that’s how you know your a world class player when your targeted like that…
LOL, Northern Hemisphere brains make me laugh. We never thought much of any of your NH players. I certainly wouldn't have him as a 1st pick in the AB's during his era. I would always rate our players at the time over him, hence why we always won lions or Ireland.
I don't think he would've changed the series against the All Blacks. He wouldn't have stopped the onslaught 🤣🤣🤣
Normal player Get hit: get hit
Pro player Get hit: Get Destroyed
i don't watch rugby but this looks dangerous
3 years in the hospital is I was tackle like this....gezzzz!
02:24 dayum (btw love how the casuals all just reference chabal..... only guy u guys know? :D)
This needs to be updated to include Nic Whites' moustache.
Bruh 2:10 that was a solid take. look at the ball, period.
Jerry ‘Terminator’ Collins reminding Chabal who the real Sheriff is!! 😎
4:09 commentarist raps god as f
Andrew Blowers on Olo Brown is still my best hit ever 😁
Ahah Chabal such a fucking legend
1:55 When did Gio Aplon become a "rugby legend"...?
He didn’t Ashton on the other hand did
Look up lifemi mafi's tackle for munster on chabal
A few hospital passes resulting in CRUNCH!!!
Looking at this, I'd always have one of my knees up, no way I am exposing my torso to this...
yup, this is not small kind! This s the real painfull sport, specially after the match and the next day. Some of these players the spend all day in bed after the game.
I wish the NFL was still like this
Burger on Fourie du Preez should be here.
All I had noticed was a lot of Saffas getting owned which I suppose is correct considering the title to the video is "Legends Getting Destroyed" ;)
excelentes jugadas para no todas coinciden con lo que promete el título del video
Muito bom 👏👍👏
Must be nothing worse in rugby than receiving a high pass.
This is not a tackle by Chabal but an execution
Well training like rugby players for a year and building a good physicality then playing football with that physique can really help I think
That first one already got me cringing. It’s gonna be an interesting video!
Crazy Guys
Thumbs for outrageous HITS
Where is Chabal being taken for a walk in Thomond Park from the kick off. Funny and scary but he talked a lot before the game.
This must be the most violent sport. Second after this would be mma.
man that first tackle... his team made it so obvious they were going out wide, they did it slow as shit too and left him out to dry with a horrible pass.
Well that's what makes them legends, not just a clear path sometimes you got to fall down that mountain then get up.
Chabal !!! what else haha FR FR FR FR 😜😜
I’m getting a sore head just watching this video 🤕
I hit Taysom Hill sprinting 23 mph on a kick off, back in 2005. We literally both woke up crying. Twas a rude awakening for sure.
7:28 WTF is Roberto Carlos doing here?
say good bay to those type of contacts
why?
@@GGRUGBY because of the new laws of rugby
Look out for that 🚂🚃🚃
chabal and collins wow wow
Where is Richard bands running over Ricthie McCaw?
2:24 & 6:30 are the best and hardest collision
You missed Anthony Tuitavaki on Odwa Ndungane (Sharks vs Blues Super 14 2008).
Why is always 9s that get absolutely slaughtered 😂
😂😆😂
Because 69
@@fenixaster8356 you just had to didn’t you 😂
Usually the smallest guys on the field...
@@sakabula1285 not always I do play rugby to everyone thinking there comments are helping no I’m just laughing at you cause the comment wasn’t serious our 9 makes some of the best tackles I’ve ever seen
What, no Jerry knocking out Charvis and Sharpe on impact???????!!
Chabal is the greatest of all.
