it's easy to clean like to keep super clean and real low ammonia and nitrates. gravel holds on to poo.. just holding em over for the winter. they go back in my back yard pond. it gets real cold in Chicago area during winter. ty for watching appreciate it
I lost most of my fish to some bird or animal in my pond. I have 2 left they are huge. I got emails in my 250 gal ibc tote now over wintering. I put a cover over my 500 gal outside pond. i think i got a pair that might breed. if they do I will give you some of the babies. I put up a 3yr update on my new UA-cam channel. it's called aquatic life with gr. ty for trying to help. I was going to eat em. but i got attached to em as pets lol.

why is the tank empty besides the fish? i know the fish can get pretty agressive and bash stuff around.do they not like gravel?

You should get red tail catfish
too big for aqvarium. the catfish I got only gets to be 2 ft. red tail grows to be 4ft. Red tail looks real good though ty

I'm sure you know by now they get huge like 2 ft so even 1 is to small for a 100gallon tank

grown to 6 inches in one year. now its 2nd year they are about a foot. ty for watching
