This rework only uses the head parts from Lego's Iron Monger set. I have done another version which uses most of the existing parts in this video ua-cam.com/video/Cu6SUxbFTaM/v-deo.html :D

The technic pieces used in the articulation of the shoulder is such a nice touch. Even without the helmet, I would've guessed Iron Monger. The original set, not so much.

As always, this rework looks amazing! Really liking the pistons being better integrated into the arm movement, really brings a lot to the build in my opinion. This may defeat the purpose of a rework, but what about using a brick-built head rather than the original? You can achieve a size better scaled to the rest of the body, and be able to include some details that may not have been printed into the original head. You could use something similar to your Igor suit a while back, the head scale seems perfect for it. Anyways, keep it up! 👍
I tried a few custom head designs but didn't satisfy me so i ended up using back the original head. One version though was using the mark 1 head which allows for an even more accurate scale

Honestly I'd Leave out the set's face plate thing and use the Figure helmet for the hall.
Then probably add some shoulder protection to cover up Stane.

Not to say every Lego set is bad, but these custom builds, especially those using only parts from within the same set has convinced me to buy certain Lego sets I may or may not have bought on my own. Well done. :D

Awesome rework. Ive seen people use the mk1 helmet for their iron monger but this is pretty good aswell.
oh yes, but i wanted to approach this using the default helmet :D I have seen quite a few using the mark 1 helmet which is definitely the best size to work with

In america, it drops in august, everywhere else, it dropped a month or two prior due to covid.

I made by own on Bricklink Studio (Studio 2.0) based on your video, but I couldn't help but notice you didn't make it movie-accurate. Sure, the size is accurate, but Iron Monger doesn't have repulsors like Iron Man. Iron Monger has different weapons, like a machine gun-looking thing, and a rocket launcher. I added those instead of the repulsors you put in. Good job though!

probably might be too small for this body haha. If i use the mark 1 head i'll probably scale this even smaller
@@Chubbybots That makes sense, I was looking at an image of the Mark 3 and Iron Monger together and their helmets didn't seem too far off in scale so that's where I got the idea

Is this like the lego ninjago kai mech that could be rebuilt with the pieces included in the box, or would we have to get the peices ourselves
