That’s a great recipe. It sounds delicious; I make something similar, but mine has feta cheese mixed in with the spinach, onions, and pine nuts. I don’t have a big food processor, so I make my dough by hand mixing. It’s not nearly as easy to work with or pretty as your dough is, but it still tastes good. If you do make it by hand, grate your cold butter with a box grater and keep it in the freezer until you are ready to mix it with the flour.

In my humble opinion, this is the only way to enjoy spinach. It is a leaf that I cannot eat by itself but love it in recipes like this. I do like your pastry method, isn't it quick and easy! And to add another great idea, you have given this the great taste and texture of walnuts... Definitely saving this vid to my recipe folder..... Take care....👍
