I think that Mrs. H. Hahn has lots of talent and she was not given so far a role she deserves, but accepting to be this dumb character was an error of judgment on her behalf.

I thought I'd thrown it in the trash."
The thing for me that hurts the most are the poor creatives that enter the industry with excitement and pure motives. Set designers, costume people, animation creators etc. To be unaware that you are putting your efforts into a stinker is disheartening.
Witches are the perfect subject matter if you want to talk about isolation, oppression and persecution. Since it’s the MCU, these particular witches also have actual power to turn the tables. Activists now have a character where the victimhood and empowerment is basically baked in. There was no way they weren’t going to make this show “the gayest Marvel project ever”. Unfortunately, most of the audience isn’t going to be interested.😂

The biggest shame is the comics are rich with stories and ideas for these characters that would be incredible, adapted to live action. Instead, we just get more of the same social activism crap.

I've never even heard of Agatha before this show was announced, continued to hear nothing of the character between then and now, and this is the second or third time I've heard the name "Agatha Harkness" in total.
I really like Kathryn Hahn, and Aubrey Plaza.... so i will give this one a try but...... not hopeful. That cast looks way too big, and the trailers look really poorly shot from a cinematographic perspective. Like dude.... this totally could have been like Charmed, or Hocus Pokus, and come out around October and absolutely killed. Or if they wanted to lean towards MCU's base demo, make it more like Constantine, or The Sandman.... could've been really cool.

FFS, they made a couple 'highlight' clips from a show that is over 2 hours long. Two clips that are 25 minutes long in total from a podcast episode that is 2 hours and 37 minutes long. That's about 15% of the show clipped for people who might not sit down and watch the whole 2 plus hours. Are you really going to be such a baby about that? Go make your own channel if you are so easily offended by a highlight clip.
