Really good video love the cb1000r it will be my next bike.the revs increases automatically as anti stall ,love the van as well mate ,thanks for sharing stay save 👍
Interesting video, thanks. Just a quick query. When you were unloading the bike, you said you covered the rear brake. I couldn't see from the viewing angle how you did that. It's the part of transporting my bike I'm most concerned with. I was thinking of walking backwards and using the front brake, but I'm guessing it's then more difficult to see what you're doing and where the bikes going. How did you do it? Cheers
At first it's a tad daunting, but after a few goes you'll wonder what all the fuss was about. Maybe start with an assistant to help out. Happy vanning 👍
Take it off the side stand whenever possible, let the bikes suspension do the work , trust me the side stand takes a beating if left engaged during transport...
Hi....very helpful video.... On a related subject I'm wondering what's your insurance cover on the bike while in the Van? My bike insurers say they won't cover it at anytime it's in the van, cover is only upto loading it and after unloading it. Van insurers won't cover the bike, but the van cover is as is whether the bikes in or not....
if it is a naked then yes, it would fit unless you have gotten the shortest base of caddy. I used to put mine into a Citroen Berlingo (short version) and I would to remove the divider between cargo and cabin.
@@fergiewoo8190 no I mean chain slack adjust. It's hard to get in there with plate holder so I want the right torque wrench and attachments I know it's 6mil Allan head bolt
"That's not going anywhere" makes it official 😂
This is the best 'how to ' content ive seen, thanks Fergie👍 Just aboutt o buy my set up for my van and now i know.
Oh forgot to say - ive just subbed and shared😉👍

Thanks for sharing how you load a bike in a van. It was helpful especially since ive never loaded a bike in a van and im about to pick one up.
Well done , nice van and bike beautiful 👍
great video. Very informative, thanks,
Really good video on how to load a bike into a van with a low roof van.
Nice combo those two. I have no need for a van at all but I do fancy a nice specd up T6 or similar.
Just bought a Cb1000r myself. Im hoping it can fit in the Connect LWB without having to remove the bulkhead.
Is it ok to leave in gear, thanks for video.
Will my front suspension get worn out or damaged if its compressed for a 10 hours of driving in the back of my van?
How many mm from seat to back door? Its it fit 2 motorcycle?
CB1000R 😍 and a nice van 😎
Good explain thanks

I have a high top van, so won't have to risk knocking my noggin on the way in. All the same, it looks a bit scary - is it?

For some reason this video came to me now, so I was going to say, take it off the sidestand, and you dont need two ramps.
Brilliant, I am going to copy you. Love the bike too. Good video, thank you, where were the ramps from?
Nice.

Is this SWB or Lwb?
I'm sure I bought a black triumph daytona 675 from that house, would be a huge coincidence.
LWB Van. Had a Street Triple 675, but not a Daytona, must be a different house 👍
Would you get two bikes in that van?
With a little jiggling yes. Wouldn't want to put two brand new bikes in though, there may be some bumping going on
Wonder would it fit in a small van like a caddy?
if it is a naked then yes, it would fit unless you have gotten the shortest base of caddy. I used to put mine into a Citroen Berlingo (short version) and I would to remove the divider between cargo and cabin.
Can you show us how you do your chain?
Already done that Raj. Take a look

Hey you should of used the reverse to unload it tho! lol
Why do you need to put the bike into the van?
Haha. Sometimes I need the bike to be somewhere and I don't like riding in the rain.
Can you do a vid on how to change the time? Tried all sorts maybe I'm just a dick 😔
Haha, no problem. Give me a day or so.
The kickstand!!!!!!
