Where did you put the ground wire, and which fuse did you use in the box? I'm using the accessory and power outlet which is a 20A. I'm getting 12 volts up to the gauge, sending 10A to the sensor, and my gauge wont turn on. Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I'm using the door bolt as a ground.
My AEM on cold starts goes haywire, throwing sensor codes & reading maximum psi, once it reaches running temp it reads 80-85 psi at 3k rpm, is this normal?
I know this might be a shot in the dark, but I was looking at purchasing an I doing kit, and was wondering how the audio quality compared to a top of the line mainstream head unit.
Doing is way better than stick. Can't tell u how it compare to expensive ones tho. Probably not a crazy difference. At that point it comes to speakers and amps
So it's possible the ECU receives the on/off signal from that pressure switch, yeah? So when the ECU no longer receives the switch signal (i.e. - oil pressure is OK) it might throw a code or trim the maps to protect the engine...?? I realize your engine is modified and maybe my point is not relevant, but it's worth noting that on modern, standard engines just about everything is connected to the ECU, BCM & TCU ....and signal removal or modification will have consequences...??

@@kchanguitosounds like user error to me. This is the recommended spot, used by thousands on their WRX’s & STi’s. I’ve personally used it on 3 seperate cars, no issues. Zero results for anyone talking about this on any forum. Think you just doing something wrong mate
@@STiGuyyour right could be , maybe 1/4 turn too much 🤷🏽♂️ cause that will mess them up , both past sensors will read pressure wrong when warm up , When you get a 700whp hatch with all the variables I will love to get your opinion then …. Na sorry im just salty cause is a pain to remove that PW manifold just for that damm sensor
Thank god you have a new video, needed something to watch while I eat my tacos
Tacos absolutely SLAP. Soft or hard shell tho? 🤔
We'll never know... @@DanielKellert
That gauge setup looks sick.
Thanks my man 🙌🏼
thanks for your superdetailed explanation! 💪💪👍👍
Why wouldnt you just route it through the driver side of the firewall
Where did you get the wire extension??
Happy pride 🎉month bro, didn't know you liked bud light 🍻 so much
Some good ol tranny fluid 💀
Not sure about these newer cars but the old rule of thumb was 7psi for every 1000RPMs
You just saved me a bunch of research time lmao

Aren't those 2 fuse slots on the right blanks?
Looking good
That’s my Dogg!!
What up Lenny?! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Non sense , ask @IcySTI @STIGuy

How do you have those other two gauges up there on the dash?

@@DanielKellert thanks dude!
how many times did that subaru motor blow up so far?
I swear if I had a dollar for every time I got asked this question 😅
I think the word you are looking for is viscous. Hot oil is more viscous.
I was waiting for this comment 😅
Do not install the sensor direct to the block , they will go bad , use a line from the oil ports to the sensor somewhere where there is not vibration
Mines been installed in that exact spot for over a year and no problems 🎉
no idea who told you that... but find a new source lol
@@IcySTi I have replaced 3 of them , all AEM his setup is similar to my , high HP semi solid mounts , no sources just personal experience
