For me i was 10 when power rangers began in 1993. Even in high school i still followed the new teams even when it wasn't "cool" to watch as a teen as it was still a "kids" show in the 90s. Today its nice to see all ages now embrace the show

Also, I can relate to this loss. Back in 2018 I lost my girlfriend and I was completely devastated by her death. Later that year I went to DragonCon in Atlanta with a family friend, and we were roaming through the vendor hall, and I saw your booth. I had no idea you were even going to be there when I was going, and when I met you, it really melted my heart and made me feel better. Because like with that man and his father, when he was growing up as a kid, you were the kind of person I was wanting to be growing up. And I thank you for that.

I had friend Matt who really loved Jason he had ms that caused him a lot of pain but he was always excited to about talking about the power rangers episodes with me at school everyday.He passed away in the early 2000s he would have loved being to have met Austin. I hope I can meet Austin in his memory one day.

I was in the hospital alot as a child I always brought my power rangers plushies with me. Sometimes I be in the hospital for two months or more having those toys around and watching the show really helped in the 90s when I missed half the school year and was felt depressed and alone.

This is just another story. But I lost my father when I was not even 2 years old. That's always the deepest empty hole, and the most difficult wound that I havent been able to heal, although Im finally working on healing this.
As many of us, Jason was my first hero. He always did the right thing. Even if ir hurt. He showed true bravery, frindship. Values. He is the god damn reason I love the color red.
I didnt have any male figure in my life and discovering my identity as a man was difficult. I wasnt though. At least not as the other men i knew. Not like my bullies or the other men that hurt me or abuse me at some point.
But when I think about Jason I was knew that that's how I should be. The only male figure I decided to be inspired of. Even up to this day, the superhero idea is what kept me alive, and yes, i do have that hero complex, but doing the right thing, and having a naive and kind heart is what i am. Even if society sometimes told me otherwise, or judge me because of that.
Jason was the domino effect in many of our lives, and Im even writing a story about the "Red Hero" that kept me going.
It will be always the red ranger.
It will be always Jason. Love ya Austin

That’s amazing that you still remember that story. My parents always made the power ranger were recoding on our vhs so I could watch them when ever I wanted.. heck on Christmas one year they go a cardboard cut out on the white power ranger. I walk into our living room at 5am and the cut out scared the crap out of. They were trying to get the rest but they were sold out.

- Honesty: To express and be honest with yourself. To be sincere and to reach out for the truth and not to buy whatever writing on the wall is there and resigning to it but instead going "Fuck that. This is MY message, MY story and MYSELF. Not so that the world or the people around me can it but so that I can see it."
- Strength: Fear is temporary. Courage is everlasting. We have the strength of body, mind, soul and most guts. The guts to stand tall and to never give up. Life hits hard and there's a strong ass chance it will keep you knocked down if ya let it. Get up. Endure the punches. Hit back harder. And move forward.
