Thank you ever so much for uploading and preserving one of the finest comedy situations this country has produced. I know I keep saying it but it is great.
I Love this programe. Used to watch it years back . Richard Briars was a fantastic actor. Loved him in 'The Good Life too'. ..Actually love all the Actors in this comedy. . Can't beat this Comedy era.
The look on Martin's face when the steward appears as if from nowhere is priceless. Of course, it had to be when Paul summoned him.

Pure genius!!!
The "Steward" joke ran beautifully!
Loved Martin's attempts at a commanding voice.
Yes, it's wonderfully paced.
This show and One Foot In The Grave feel increasingly like looking at myself in the future - now at the age of 44 it’s getting scarily close!! 😂
I think so many of us aspire to be a ‘Paul’, but feel more like a ‘Martin’
A pawn of the kremlin ...Martin not going over the top then ,brilliant
Remember when TV's looked like that? 06:10
Although Martin is a complete fool in this episode, Mr Dunn is an even bigger prat! 😂
Martin Bryce = Alan Partridge
7:04 a mushroom
"Well, that's where they have deckchairs"! Another of Hilda's classics.
Most of the time I quite like Martin but I have to admit in the episode he is a massive knob
