Keep an eye on your initial engine temps on your first shakedown tests, small bike water pump aren't designed to push water around a system as big as this in a mid engined car and sometimes need a little electric helper pump to bring the flow rates back to normal specs
And I would also recommend to modify the oil sump. Since the bike doesn't experience any lateral acceleration, the oil sump can be narrow and deep and the pump will always get to it. But when you go fast through turns in a car with motorcycle engine inside, the oil will slosh around and by pushed towards one side, which means that oil pump can run dry during the turn. The engine can seize due to the lack of oil.
Cool project and all, but you are Make it Extreme, not Make it somewhat something something. Hayabusa Turbo or BMW S1000RR, engine We are talking about 190-200 Horsepower plus, around 500 HP if you go Hayabusa Turbo. And the extreme part would be to put 1 in front and 1 in the rear, uhhh for better balance...
Maybe it's cuz I love miata's and shit, but this is right up my alley. Low weight, small wheel base, high rpm. I've always wanted a LS swapped or somehow.. a VR6 swapped miata.
also gaps over the rear wheels on both sides are much different, probably rear axle is not straight, and this can cause problems. But for hobby or for fun driving it's fine
Господа, не обманывайте себя. Ни муфта, ни главная пара не выдержат этого мотора. На один заезд, может, хватит. А работа хорошая, это да. Токарь - красавец.
Amazing amount of content squeezed into this Extreme episode. Great engineering and content creation. Excellent and entertaining sponsor spot too. Top notch on many levels.
Your AD portion of the video is better than most actual videos on YoutTube. I hope the sponsor is paying you a ton of money. I want to buy a razor now!
Love the build, just a side comment in my head - (wanna see you guys put 2 ninja h 2 engine's in that car, sinked up) or a different car, sill love the build it is amazing!
I had a Dry Sumped, Tuned ZX12R in my 510kg car, a mere 400 BHP per tonne 😁Honestly it was fast but there is still much faster Bike Engined Cars out there! Couple of Tips, get a decent competition billet clutch basket now. It's a lot easier putting it in before it explodes. If it's fuel injected get a power commander or dynojet kit if it's carbs, They run hotter and leaner in a car. Baffle the sump so oil cannot slop up the sides. An electric water pump will help with cooling if you need it, mine only had that as the dry sump pump replaced the water pump. Nice workmanship on the drive system, that cush rubber will help with driveline snatch. I had to use a special prop as mine was FE/RWD but it had a reverse box as well.
So freakin cool. You're a beast man, you take on it all and make it look easy. Instead of Make it Look Extremely Easy haha should be the channel name. Knowing I could never do this lol. I've done some body work and stereo systems, but im a carpenter lol. Its so much fun to watch you create these awesome machines. Between you and Colin Furze, you 2 make some of the coolest things ive ever seen. Definitely one of my favorite channels. Ive been a sub for a couple years and idk why I didn't get notified of this series, but it was nice to watch all 5 and not have to wait hahaha. But now I do lol. Very cool bro, cant wait to see this thing go. Stay safe buddy. Also congrats on all the new sponsors
Awesome build! Not claiming I’m an export by any stretch of the imagination, but have you checked oil pick up? SuperfastMatt ran into a pick up problem with his motorcycle powered Honda S600. He needed to swap to a dry sump, which he showed and explained on his channel. Keep up the brilliant work!
A small electric car without much interest transformed into a real racing beast with deafening noise with performances that are likely to be very interesting 🏎🏁🤩👍
This was the episode that I've been waiting for... Can't wait to see it on the streets.. Don't forget to hook your A/C back up....I'm not a machinist but I love watching your videos...
I'm sorry but this is what it really looks like A. a car Mike Wazowski would drive or B. a shrunken cartoonish Hotwheels version of a PT cruiser that has a Mercedes grill and lambo style doors
Great work but drivers side rear wheel is rubbing bad and also the bouncing caused by the other rear wheel is concerning although I'm guessing they aren't going to be the final wheels
Brother fix that wobble in the rear wheels pls my ocd goes crazy.. Maybe you need to take out the waterpump propellor and place a external electric waterpump somewhere down the coolant hose! Cant wait till the next episode! great work!!

Gv
Good idea.
Also firewall a and coolant lines not in cabin are good ideas. If they rupture, driver will be badly burned.
Best part of the video was when you fired it up!
1. Loved the sound of it!
2. The constant "music" stopped!!!
Great build!
movie, with lots of lubricants, grease, drilling, rods in tight spaces, some hard core music, and awesome outcome ! thank you !
What an awesome build! Keep an eye on that driver side rear tire. Looks like it’s rubbing a bit.
The shaver ad was awesome! lol

gotta balance the current driveline first before it shakes to pieces
It would be nice of them to finish.
That rear diff is one clutch dump away from death.
Okay I'm excited now. At first this project had me cringing but building, balancing and tuning your own driveline components is incredibly bad ass!!
Maybe it's cuz I love miata's and shit, but this is right up my alley. Low weight, small wheel base, high rpm. I've always wanted a LS swapped or somehow.. a VR6 swapped miata.
Dude definitely has a lot of talent and engineering skills.
24:20 the electric plug at the former tank lid is nice provocation 🙂
Great build, looking forwards to result! 👍👏
That back axle wobble is gonna be a real bad safety hazard with how much it bobs up and down on the rollers...
It will handle like a turd regardless. It is just made for monetizing views.
This whole thing is jank
also gaps over the rear wheels on both sides are much different, probably rear axle is not straight, and this can cause problems. But for hobby or for fun driving it's fine
Nothing about this thing is remotely safe.
And Transformer is taking shape 😁🤌
This build is super awesome. While some might not like the body work its still damn cool!
no escape from the relentless super-cool music and epic edits...it just a car-mod guys not a blockbuster movie
Rear right wheel is touching the fender. Pl do something about it. Excellent work.
Love this series but where’s the next video?? I can’t wait to see this little beast on the track!
These Make it Extreme video just keep getting better and better!
Other than the awful bodywork, you guys have done an incredible job. It’s such a ridiculous project and I love it.
I switched to a safety razor long ago and would never go back... how the disposable crap took over is beyond me. Great vids guys!
Amazing amount of content squeezed into this Extreme episode. Great engineering and content creation. Excellent and entertaining sponsor spot too. Top notch on many levels.
I agree
This is like project binky, but without the planning. It's more relatable but some bits do look rough. That being said I'm continuing to watch
If you would do it extreme. You should just put a turbo hayabusa engine:D
Woo Penny Racer GOOOOOOO!!!!!!
I'm loving this build. The sponsor ad was great. Fun and interesting.
this is going to be the most fun to drive! Wouldn't you rather reverse the change? pull back to put the gear
Next on Make it Extreme: Extreme rotary weld positioner!
Yes, you finally have the real engine and it works, dude. Now you have to paint the car and that is it.😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀
لا استطيع الإنتظار لأرى النتيجة النهائية 🫡👍 تحياتي لك .
Bro it's amazing , it's been around 3 months , when will we see the 6th episode ?

nice work dude!!! KEEP WORKING!!!
Youre crazy!!! We need more seasons!!!

Thank you for your good words and support. We really appreciate it!!
That seat is gonna be nice in winter and a nightmare in summer... LOL!!!

this has to be a record amount of tool passes to make a 3 lug lovejoy
When it is time to paint, you should do a collaboration with DipYourRide to do an insane pearlized color changing paint.
Oil starvation is a common problem on motorbike engine cars due to the sump not being designed for lateral forces.
That's what really skill and talent looks like
Masterpiece
yeah!
I'm waiting for your next video!
I love to watch your videos! ❤
A small electric car without much interest transformed into a real racing beast with deafening noise with performances that are likely to be very interesting 🏎🏁🤩👍
Espectacular 😮😮
I love the narration and storyline. Keep up the great work!
I do like your videos, and some of your results are fantastic! Maybe just a little softer with the Techno drum beat?
So cool. Great work as always. The tuneup will come.
Geez he made all that look easy
What amazing project! Now just left the test drive🏎️
This was the episode that I've been waiting for... Can't wait to see it on the streets.. Don't forget to hook your A/C back up....I'm not a machinist but I love watching your videos...
That's totally insane
sensationelle Musikauswahl mal wieder ganz nebenbei
Damn! It's looking crazy, guys!!! FANTASTIC work!!! 😮
Looking forward to see it running!!!
Stay safe there with your families! 🖖😊
Thank you so much!!!
What about reverse?
Should take some inspiration from richrebuilds and make it a hybrid to get reverse.
Bro shaved for sponsor .. 😅 Respect !! 🥳
Excellent ❤
Absolutely awesome
Has la parte 6 dale una vuelta ese genial auto y como se escucha en la carretera con los otros autos de las personas 😮❤❤❤❤❤
Insane❤
PTW ratio is the key!
My hand is burnt just by watching you pick up “freshly” welded part 😅
Great job looks awesome
Thanks 👍
Good to have your music back :D .
Is this the final episode on this car’s build?!
sick build, any updates?
can we see a look at some of the old builds today from like a few years ago or something just wanna see how things hold up with use...
incredible!😎😎😎😎👍👍✌✌💙💙
One of the best advertisement lead ins I have seen.
Best UA-cam ad intro, ever!!!
I'm sorry but this is what it really looks like A. a car Mike Wazowski would drive or B. a shrunken cartoonish Hotwheels version of a PT cruiser that has a Mercedes grill and lambo style doors
That ad placement was better than the build 😂
It is already fully custom put some twin turbo for extreme
Good job mister beautifully done
what kind of lathe knife?
size?
chuck?
Geared to low I think but awesome regardless
amazing project.. thks for this video..
Great work but drivers side rear wheel is rubbing bad and also the bouncing caused by the other rear wheel is concerning although I'm guessing they aren't going to be the final wheels
Bonne travaille 👍👍👍
Радиатор побольше нужен. И коллектор теплоизолировать сильнее, спину пропечёт через метал сидения.
You did it to do the speed limit?
Magnifique, j’adore vôtre travail de génie🔥. Merci
That rear axle is going to explode
3:37 I think I lip read Gmt ton shisto m LOL
Idk if it was 1000 hp then it would be extremely dangerous but nice
this is going to be a little monster, i'm in love
Test drive 😢
Gonna need a turbo soon... lol
Can u make dry ice blasting machine ??
23:54 ooooups!
👍👍👍
Welded rear differential? 😂
Brother fix that wobble in the rear wheels pls my ocd goes crazy.. Maybe you need to take out the waterpump propellor and place a external electric waterpump somewhere down the coolant hose! Cant wait till the next episode! great work!!
😂 is it me or does this have hope in axles?
Wouldn't an electric motor have made more sense weight to power ratio wise?
Ya si ponéis las tomas falsas 10 de 10 😂
7:04😍
Imagínate si usarias ese nuevo auto modificado en tu país y también todas las personas como se reaccionan tu nuevo auto 😮😊😂❤❤❤❤
Bad ass 🦾🦾🦾🦾
